The majority of the staff was fabulous however I was left in a room after being prepped for half hour in dark which scared me due to me being assaulted last year I did make their staff aware of that prior to surgery I had no call light and had Iv in them when I had terrible pain afterwards the nurse told me she didn't want to hang another bag of saline to give me the toradol and when I went to get my script hyvee delayed me further cuz they were busy and had to mix the solution to rinse my mouth I cried all afternoon/I did not want a phone call back because I can hardly talk but apparently that nurse decided to not take responsibility and they wanted to take the time to call me and let me know her excuse I reminded them I'm a nurse and I was oriented and did not appreciate being lied to nor my time being wasted do not call me again I just want the action corrected the reason I became a nurse is because I had cancer and my pain was not handled

Have to admit I'm the biggest chicken when it comes to the dentist, needles...etc... and if I knew the way I would be treated and practically.... no literally no pain I went through getting a broken wisdom tooth extracted... I wouldn't have stressed a bit. These folks are the A team. Reception, to nurses, to the Dr.... thank you so much for making normally a nightmare for me a piece of cake.

Great River was so very wonderful at scheduling me a few days after my initial call. I was dealing with an infected and painful tooth I'd decided to have pulled. I've been dealing with this since early August...My regular dentist was willing to let it go until the end of November and treat with antibiotics and otc painkillers. I'm so thankful Great River was concerned, gave me options, and explained things so well. All were friendly and very professional. Everyone knows infections left untreated can have bad consequences. Thank you Great River for seeing me so quickly and making my health a priority!

I love Great River!! Dr. Dalton, as well as everyone assisting her, was extremely nice They are very detail oriented and leave nothing untouched. I've been there many times and not even once have I been disappointed in care or detail! Same with today. NO details were left untouched - NONE!!

My appointment today with Dr. Pingel and Karen at Great RIver Oral Surgery in Platteville Wisconsin was absolutely wonderful. They were both kind and very professional. Every step of the procedure was explained and they were both always open to questions. I appreciate greet Customer Service and being treated like a human being with feelings which is very hard to find in the health care business these days. Again thank you for a very positive experience.
