I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out amazing staff, very professional and it was relatively quick (from what my mother says anyway, I was asleep the whole time haha) They called a few days later to check in with me which I really appreciate.

My nurse was AMAZING and the staff and doctor were great. I was a nervous wreck having to be sedated for the procedure and they were patient and kind. It was a quick in and out procedure getting two teeth extracted even with being sedated.

The front desk staff was rude and acted inconvenienced when we checked in. (And god forbid you ask for a receipt for your HSA.) I realize we are working through a pandemic, but my son was taken back for surgery and then dumped back to us with no word as to his procedure. We didn't know how it went or what to expect but someone said they would call later to check on him. Nope. No phone call. We didn't have any complications, so I feel like the surgery went well in that respect, but I would have happily driven to the quad cities for any sort of upgrade in customer service and patient care.

I just want to give a huge shout out to this place. My daughter had two teeth that had to be pulled and with her having asthma and a fainting disorder, I was a nervous mess. They were so good with her, and the nurse that helped her in recovery, my daughter just loved her. She said she had an itchy nose and because she was out of it and numb, she said she remembers her itching her nose for her. Thank you all so much for being so great with her.

I pulled my son out of school and drove a half hour for his consultation appointment. We were referred there for them to put my son to sleep to pull out a tooth. We see the doctor and once he realized my son was special needs he told me that they don't put people to sleep there and that I would have to take him to dubuque or iowa city. I know for a fact they put people to sleep there cuz one, his dentist told me that's what they would do and two, I know people who have been put to sleep at this location. I understand dealing with a child that is special needs is a lot to handle but he didnt have to lie to my face about why he wouldn't help my son. It would have been less of a slap in the face if he was just honest about it from the beginning. So if you're child is special needs, do NOT bring them here.

I want to say tha Dr King and Nurse Heidi were very professional, kind and caring. I would recommend them and Great River to anyone requiring oral surgery. Also, I am a male and 65!

My one visit to this office was marked by rude treatment at the hands of the receptionist, being insulted by the doctor (she found four ways to call me fat in one breath), and the feeling I was not welcome at all. The doctor made a few statements about fat people that were not factual, and I realized she was making an excuse to not help me with my abscessed molar. She even refused to discuss extraction because "fat people can't breathe well on their backs". What does that have to do with taking an x-ray so I can get a referral? On top of this, I witnessed the receptionist being rude to a father while being sweet as can be to his daughter. Leaves one wondering. Rude treatment and unprofessional behavior. Avoid at all costs. EDIT: Notice how the positive reviews are all from women, and the negative are all from men? The staff treat men like garbage. Fair warning.

Today I had a tooth removed and it was the easiest extraction I have ever had. Dr. Stephanie Dalton and staff were great. I have had many teeth pulled and this experience was by far the best experience ever. Thankyou Great River!

My local dentist called them to get me in for a infected root canal that had to be removed. Not only did they get me in, but because of the holiday and my work schedule limitations , they got me in..in less than two hours! Very professional, efficient and explained every step of the way. Highly recommend them and very pleased.

I recently had a tooth extracted. The staff was great. Each person I dealt with was so friendly. They made sure I was informed completely and answered all my questions. They called the next day to make sure I was doing okay. When I had a question about my healing they got me in right away to make sure I was healing properly. I have now dealt with 2 different surgeons and I was very impressed with them both. I would definitely recommend!

Will do a full review when I'm not in so much pain and am not so angry about being dismissed by them about my pain and inability to eat after having wisdom teeth removed here.
