Dr. Doug Williams was born and raised in Thief River Falls, graduating from Lincoln Senior High before completing his undergraduate studies at the University of North Dakota. Dr. Williams then attended the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, graduating in 1983. Dr. Williams opened his practice in Bemidji that same year, practicing downtown until relocating to his current office in 2007. Dr. Williams is committed to continually learning new methods and procedures in order to provide the Bemidji area with the most comprehensive and advanced dental care.

Dr. Baret Williams-Furfaro, daughter of dentist, Dr. Doug Williams, joined our Bemidji dental office in 2012 after completing a 12-month postdoctoral residency program at the VA Medical Center in Minneapolis. Prior to this, she received a Bachelors degree in Biology, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, earning her DDS degree from the University of Minnesota, School of Dentistry in May, 2011. Dr. Williams-Furfaro lives in Bemidji with her husband and daughter and enjoys camping, curling, gardening, and spending time outdoors with friends and family. Dr. Williams-Furfaro brings enthusiasm and a kind, gentle nature with her to our practice.
