Had a great first experience with this office. Diana did a thorough cleaning and was the perfect mix of professional while being friendly and courteous. The dentist was also very friendly, went over everything so I understood my X-rays and anything to keep an eye on. Would recommend and happy to have found a new dentist to rely on.

I had been in severe pain for a couple of days in my temple which resulted in my going to immediate care then seeking someone to look into my jaw area better. The staff was very considerate and kind which is something you dont see much with a new account/stranger. Within a couple of xrays they found the issue and provided me with immediate relief from my pain. I have now switched to them for my full time dentistry as their passion and knowledge was very welcome to someone who fears dentists. Its something you need to do, so why be anxious? They will listen to any of your fears and find ways to put you at ease. Go, make appointment!

Dr.Vu and Liz are sooooooo great!!! So professional and puts any anxiety at ease, if any. Did I say he is a magician with the tools?!! I did not feel a thing!!! Recommend him to everyone!!!

Never been here, and probably never will. The lack of professionalism in cancelling my oral surgery at the very last minute after I was approved for time off from my job, without a fallback date that is ASAP and now I can't get an appointment for an entire month somewhere else!

Dr. Hooty and staff are very customer service oriented. I was in desperate need of pain relieve and in need of a root canal along with a built in house crown. So no down time or waiting for a crown to built elsewhere. Dr. Hooty is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. I had to return because I had residual pain and he took great care of me without a question! Thank you Great Oak staff for taking great care of me!

I am very fortunate to have found Great Oaks Dentistry. I had a front tooth filling break with less than 3 weeks until my daughter's wedding. I thought It was enough time for my regular dentist to have a crown made, but it wasn't and I had only a temporary crown, which wouldn't do for wedding pictures, believe me. I searched for a local dentist that could fit me in quick enough to get fixed up in time. I called Great Oaks Dental because they had good reviews, and explained my situation. Even though I had never been a patient of theirs, they said they would be glad to help me...the same day!!! Amazing!! They are all such nice people there and very understanding of my situation. Dr Hooty, great name by the way, is really precise with the instruments, which makes it painless. He has state of the art equipment and is very skilled at using it. He is a very modern dentist. Everybody on his staff are friendly and very good at what they do. The crown matched perfectly, which is hard to achieve in a front tooth. Well my wife and I are switching to Dr. Hooty and his great staff to be our dental care specialists from now on. I highly recommend Great Oaks Dentistry for anyone that is looking for a great dentist and team!!

CROOKS! This place has the most unethical, immoral business practices I have ever seen. The billing and office management are extremely shady. The only reason people give them 5 stars is because they give away free stuff if you show them you gave a good review. Stay away from this place!

CROOKS! This place has the most unethical, immoral business practices I have ever seen. The billing and office management are extremely shady. The only reason people give them 5 stars is because they give away free stuff if you show them you gave a good review. Stay away from this place!

My original review was posted some time ago and unfortunately I'm going to have to add a negative update. Their office decided to stop being an in-network provider with my dental insurance company in January of last year, and somehow that information never trickled down to me. Now I'm stuck with a bill. I have never had this good a relationship with a dentist. Hooty is competent and personable. His analysis of my dental health and necessary treatment plan have taken me by surprise - and shown me what a bad job my previous dentists had done. His office is equipped with computerized tools I never knew existed. He has a tool for taking 3D pictures of the inside of your mouth, then he does his work, takes a second 3D picture, and he has an onsite milling machine that makes an exactly shaped piece to fill the gap. His team is amazing. They work together quickly and expertly. And there's free Keurig. :)

My daughters absolutely LOVED Dr Hooty and the staff. Now my little one wants to be Dentist when she grows up. :) We will definitely be life long patients!

Absolutely horrible - STAY AWAY from these people. I had switched to this dentist as my dental insurance changed and the dentist I had been going to didn't accept it. When I went to this dentist they gave me a nice LONG list of everything that was "wrong". It was a ton of $$ they wanted me to spend. Silly me, I believed them but I also wondered why my other dentist had never mentioned anything as I go every 6 months. So I had a few things done in April. Then I switched dentists again as I just felt something was off with them. Well long and behold the new dentist confirmed there was NOTHING wrong with my teeth and he had no idea why this place made such a long list of things to fix. So this place fabricated a list of items to fix to get $$. On top of it, I had paid a few thousand dollars back in April for the things I did get done. Then out of the blue SEVEN months later (it is now November), I get a bill from them. I was like WHAT??? I called and they gave me a list of excuses (i.e. software problems, staff was out, etc.) and explained to me that they were giving me an interest free loan for 7 months and I should be grateful. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Of course there is nothing I can do about this and I have to pay it immediately otherwise they will ding my credit even though they took SEVEN months to bill me some mysterious left over balance. Stay away - they will fabricate things to work on that you of course can't argue with unless if you get a second opinion (which then will probably not be covered by dental insurance as you only get two check ups a year covered) and then they will be gracious enough to let you think you paid off your balance and then bill you much much later and let you know you should be grateful.

He changed my life! Today I came in with an appointment scheduled for an Invisalign consultation. He was very honest with me and gave me all of my options. He ended up contouring my teeth the same day and I am thrilled!! I don't have to hide my smile anymore. It was $5,000 less than my previous quote from another dentist and it's the smile I've dreamt of for the past 20 years!

Can't say enough about this amazing office! The staff is so warm, friendly and understanding. Dr. Hooty is definitely the most detailed dentist I've ever been to. He goes the extra mile to explain what's going on complete with photos of YOUR teeth (not some standard model) and he's not pushy which I so appreciated! I had 7! Yes, 7 fillings placed and every single one was completely painless. He took pictures of the cavities before, again pictures once the cavities were removed, and then the completed filling. Peace of mind to say the least. Love , love, love this place and everyone there! phenomenal!!!

I started working here November 2017. Never did I think I'd meet some of the most wonderful people and lucky me, I get to work with them! Everyone takes their time to get to know each patient and treats everyone as they would want to be treated. From day one the staff welcomed me with open arms and we have truly become a dental work family. I would highly recommend Great Oaks Dentistry to anyone looking for a dental office that is friendly, understanding, and does exceptional work!

Dr. Houtan Alayan is an amazing dentist. I was in a great deal of pain and he opened his office in Friday to solve my case. I needed a root canal and crown and within hours I was able to go back to work. Pain free and with a great smile. They have a cad machine that made my crown perfectly so I didn't have to wear a temporary crown and return at a late date. The staff call my insurance to maximize my benefits. Dr Hooty called me on Saturday to follow up my care. I rarely write a review unless I am very disappointed but this time I feel compelled to write a review. The staff at Great Oaks Dentistry is amazing and if your not satisfied with your current dentist you should go see Dr Hooty and his team.
