Today was my first visit to this dental office. We just moved into town and needed to sign up with a new dentist. I am so happy that I recieved their card in the mail and called. What a great, friendly, informative dental practice. Looking forward to years to come with you. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. You can tell their office wants to see their patients comfortable. What a great dental experience.Thank you Great Oaks Dental Care!

This was by far the best experience I've had at a dental office, and would highly recommend anyone considering a new dentist choose this office. They were nice enough to even fit in a quick filling after hearing I would be moving soon for a new job and would not have the time to schedule a follow-up. Again, I would definitely recommend this office to everyone!

I never write reviews, but today I felt it was necessary after the disrespectul treatment I received this morning at Great Oaks. I scheduled an appointment a month in advance since I work out of town. I received a text confirming my Saturday appointment, and a text the day before. Driving in, I got a call only 15 minutes from my arrival. The lady stated that my dentist, Nour Hejazin wasn't coming in. I asked her why she didn't let me know sooner, and she blatently lied stumbling over her words. Apparently, there wasn't enough money to be made so the doctor didn't feel it was worth her time. I've been a patient for over 2 years, but after this treatment, I'm finding another practice that actually respects and cares about the health of their patients. This doctor could care less.

Very nice office. Explained everything I needed and went over cost. Looking forward to getting my work done. Everyone there was very nice and professional. Dr Hejazin is very nice and thorough. My next appointment is sched and within 2 weeks. I highly recommend them for your dental needs.

Staff is very professional and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by their thoroughness and attention to detail. Hygienist did a very good job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Hejazin identified a couple problem areas during the exam. A treatment plan is provided for internal work like a crown but not for external work that needs referrals. I have a suggestion to provide a summary of any problems discovered during my dental visit. My primary care doctor always provides a visit summary.

The dentist is not my favorite place to go. However, I must say Geat Oaks Dental is by far the best experience I have had in a dental office. Everyone was super friendly and professional. If you have to go to the dentist, go there.

Took my daughter for a cleaning and our tech was absolutely amazing! She made my very nervous 4 year old feel comfortable and was able to get through the exam with no tears. We had an overall great experience

They were timely and super friendly, from the receptionists at check in to the hygienist (Stacy was WONDERFUL!). It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
