Wendyis our Office Manager. Shewas previously a dental assistant in our office . She received her training in Vancouver, Washington. Wendy relocated to Rapid River with her husband Ron to raise their three wonderful children.
Carolis one of our Dental Assistants. She graduated from Bay de Noc Community College in 1989 with an associates degree in Human Services and a certificate in Dental Assisting. She and Dr. Gorenchan have worked together for seven years, including one year in public health together, before joining the staff at Great Northern Dental. She enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and wonderful grandchildren.
Jamie is one of our Registered Dental Hygienists. She graduated from Ferris State University in May 2013. Her main focus is the continuing care of her patients. She joined our team in May 2014. She currently resides in Escanaba with her husband.
Haley is one of our Registered Dental Hygienist. She received her degree from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She is dedicated in providing high quality care to her patients. Haley, her husband and their children currently live in Gladstone.
Judy is one of our receptionists. She graduated from Bay de Noc College with an associates degree inEarly Childhood Education and a Certificate in Dental Assisting. She received her training at Great Northern Dental Associates and upon completion became a team member. Judy moved to Green Bay for a period of time where she continued to work as a Dental Assistant. She then relocated back to the area where she worked for an Endodontist before rejoining the staff at Great Northern Dental Associates. Judy has a daughter who resides in Green Bay.
Erin is one of our Dental Assistants. She attended and graduated from Escanaba High School and Bay College. She is married and has 3 children. She enjoys spending time with her family, Being busy in her flower gardens in the summer and bowling and going for walks.
Miranda is one of our dental assistants. She graduated from Gladstone High School in 2016 and received her dental training in Northern Wisconsin shortly after. She enjoys spending time with her animals and family. In her free time she can be found fishing, kayaking, or practicing her love for photography.
Haley is one of our registered dental hygienists. She graduated from Ferris State University in May 2019. Her main goal is to provide the best care possible. Haley currently resides in Escanaba with her husband, daughter and 3 dogs.

I absolutely love everything about Great Northern Dental. The atmosphere is inviting, front desk ladies greet you with a smile and positive energy and the dental assistants, hygienist and Dr.'s are all top notch. They are a friendly, family place. I've been a patient at another dental place and my experience was nothing like what I get at Great Northern. They are caring, kind, friendly and treat you like family. I recommend them to many families when looking for great dental care.

We moved to Escanaba 2 years ago and upon the recommendation of our neighbor we started to go to Great Northern Dental. We've had nothing but great service, friendly staff, got in right away on 2 emergencies. Top notch crew here. Bonus is they send you text reminders about when your appt is!

I love my hygienist and dentist. They are courteous, gentlie, and thorough. My dentist actually hums soft melodies that are very calming for the faint of heart. I have been going to Great Northern Dental for twenty years and know that you will love them as much as I do.

Always a professional, quick and pleasant experience. Staff is extraordinary. Went through several dentist and we have now found the one we are happy to stay with. Even my kids love going to their appointments. Highly recommend!

I have developed more anxiety about going to the dentist over the years, but I love my hygienist here and the entire staff is very friendly and kind. I am glad I decided to go to Great Northern.
