I've been going here since I was a kid but the quality of care has really gone downhill. Came in a couple months back and was told I possibly need a root canal then ten minutes later they said I actually just needed a regular filling. I opted to wait and came back a few months later to have the filling done. This time they told me that I did not need a filling. The cavity is small but easily visible and causing me discomfort. So I went from needing a root canal to filling to no filling even though I can easily see the cavity myself in a mirror. It seemed like they had overbooked and simply didn't have time to do my filling so they just sent me on my way.

I just moved to the area and am so glad I chose this practice. Some of the nicest and caring dental staff I've ever met with. They were honest, helpful and made me feel so comfortable.

This group is the best! From the front desk ladies, techs and the doctors. I've going for many years and have never been dissatisfied.

Friendly, efficient, professional. I don't like dentists (nothing personal!) but these guys are good and take my concerns and issues seriously. Definitely recommend.

I have always had a pleasant experience at this facility, even though I've only been there 3 times. The hygenist I've had is very friendly, nice, and personable. Every person at the front desk is very pleasant also and I have nothing negative to say at all. I would definitely recomment this dental group to anyone.

I've had severe anxiety over dental work for years and they made me feel calm and informed throughout my tooth extraction. I will be going back for all my dental work. I truly appreciate their patience and cooperation regarding my anxiety.

Went in for a cleaning and I had a wisdom tooth that had been bothering me. Dr. Luczak offered to remove it right there and had it out in less than 5 minutes! Definitely a better experience than I thought it would have been. Great team at Great Lakes, I've been going there since I was a kid and wouldn't trust anyone else with my teeth.
