Do Not Recommend. They told me I needed all my wisdoms pulled before I could get braces. I got a second opinion. And that wasn't true at all.

They did a good job, I had medicaid at the time. Later I tried to make an appointment, they no longer took Medicaid. Seems like they only took it to build their business.

Don't waste your time here, bad business, I will never recommended any one go there, my denture not fixing and I over pay them and they still not pay me back yet.it been almost two months. It some bull going on there.

I've been bringing my sons here for years and I've never had a bad experience with this dentist office. The staff are very well trained. They're all welcoming, friendly and helpful. The dentist are also extremely effective and efficient. Not sure why people expect to be spoken to like royalty but in the military we judge based off of what's important. This dentist office has been nothing but professional, compassionate, understanding, consistent, proficient and frankly wonderful. I believe in high standards and they meet them all. That is my impartial, subjective and honest review. Good luck.

As a 100% rated service connected disabled veteran, I will not go anywhere else. After the va did a hatchet job on me, when they got my percentage wrong. Great lakes dentist was outraged. Va responded by taking away my choice status, given by President Obama and Trump. As a result I've been denied dental care for over 3 years and counting. My care provider at flint va was hung on twice for trying to help. Great Lake Dental always professional, attentive and caring. Don't be a fool and go somewhere else

My child had a confirmed 12:45 appt that we received a call the day before to verify and when they showed she was told it was 11:45 and that she nor my son would be allowed back because of a missed appointment. We are new patients and now have to find another dentist. I highly recommend looking elsewhere before choosing this practice.

This is a very patient and family oriented dental office, which was highly recommended by my co-workers and I see why. Dr Patel is fantastic and he makes you feel very comfortable, Ann and all the other office staff are super friendly and I just can't imagine having to go anywhere else, THANKS for all you do.

The staff here is very nice and helpful! I got my wisdom teeth removed my Dr. Edwards and it was a quick and great experience. Highly recommend.

I am fairly new to this practice, and have never been happier with my Dental provider! From the friendly greeting from the front receptionist, to the extremely helpful office staff - especially Ann, who has worked with me during my health challenges to get appointments and issues taken care of quickly and professionally - to the warm, welcoming and extremely competent dental professionals including chairside staff, hygienists and dentists... this is an amazing crew! I cannot say enough positive things about my experiences with this clinic and I look forward to many, many years of happy association with all of them. If you are looking to change dentists, check this office out. I am certain you'll be as pleased as I am!

My Dad & I were both looking for a new dentist. We'd been going to the same dentist for literally 50 years. I had insurance issues that forced me to change, he was treated badly at the other office. Prior dentist had recommended Great Lakes Family Dental for my boyfriend years ago. He had to get extensive dental work done. They did an amazing job. When my Dad & I went to Great Lakes, we were very happy with them. My Dad has alot of issues & they are taking good care of him so I'm happy about that. The staff was very warm & inviting. Their professionalism & courteous staff will keep us coming back. So grateful that we were connected with the folks at Great Lakes!

My Son who is 23 years old. Was very impressed with staff they explain everything to him from the moment in check-in to the end of his dental visit. Thank you for speaking to him as an adult instead of a child. That meant alot to him.
