If I could give 0 stars I would. When I came in for treatment for one filling, they did not discuss out of pocket cost or how deep the filling actually was. The doctor had to fix my bite multiple times and it still does not fit right. The doctor seemed too young and inexperienced. And the front desk staff seemed rushed, incredibly rude and condescending. I would not recommened this place to anyone. Go spend your money elsewhere. This place only cares about money.

I have been going to this establishment for over 20 years and never had a bad experience. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. I see Dr Pardonnay and Nora and they have been the same kind and professional people I have always known them to be. I've notice over the years customer service has been extremely lacking everywhere and especially in dr offices. When that happens, I leave. You won't experience this here. Thank you to their team!

I wish zero stars was an option. This dentist office was once known as Concord Dental Group and they did good work back then. They merged or were bought by Great Lakes Family Dental Group and everything changed. They use the cheapest possible materials so that they can replace your "new" dental work next year. I had a small filling develop a crack after 14 months. When I told them it was nearly new and shouldn't have broken, I was told that my insurance would pay for a replacement filling after 13 months so they determined that to be the life of the filling (hence the use of cheap material). If you need a post, they will use a tiny undersized one so the tooth breaks off often. You will never be told why until you see another dentist. Has this also been your experience with this office? No surprise there. I have now moved on to another dentist. Buyer beware!!!

Cannot express how greatful I am to have found such a great team! Everyone always goes above and beyond to accomodate. They will squeeze you into the Drs schedule if an emergency occurs. They also put you on a cancelation list if you are looking for a specific time and date. Sure enough, they will never forget about you. Will continue to recommend to all of my family and friends! You guys rock!

I had my first experience at Great Lakes Family Dental Group on Tuesday August 14, 2018 and it was the best dental experience I have ever had. The staff was courteous, personable and prompt. Al services were performed efficiently and I am looking forward to my next visit with this group. I definitely would recommend this service to others.

I have been with Great Lakes Family Dental since the early 1990's - back when they were Concord Dental. I have since moved to Brooklyn, MI in Jackson County, but still come back to Livonia for my dental cleanings and any dental work that needs to be done. Great staff, get you in when you have an emergency situation, and very friendly group. Cheryl and Angie are two of my favorites there! Not ready to change my dentists!

I recently had to have a tooth extracted & a partial built. I can not praise the staff at Great Lakes Dentistry enough. From the hygienist Angie to Dr. Varga & his team, I was made to feel comfortable & at ease with all the steps in the process. Thank you also goes to the front staff & the office manager. I have already sent my wife & will definitely recommend your group to all my friends. Thank you again!

My overall experience here was a disappointment and a huge inconvenience to say the least and it's a shame because the staff seemed really nice. It all started when I scheduled my teeth extractions which were 5 teeth in total. I had been experiencing tooth aches for ever a month and I learned that I had a mouth infection and all my wisdom teeth grew in. The 1st red flag was the staff never explained the severity of the situation, never told me what foods to avoid, and didn't perscribe the right meds to cure the infection which lead me to go through 2 different antibiotics that did nothing. The staff failed to give me the pill I needed to take before my oral surgery to relax me. My appointment was at 10 am and a lady calls me at 8:45 am asking if I could make it in at 9:30 am which was the beginning of my frustration because this appointment was made a month in advance then when I told her I may not be able to make it in that early she tried to slip in that they may not be able to do all extractions in one day like I asked and they agreed to. When I finally arrived which was 9:40 am I asked her directly if they will be able to do all extractions before I paid my money and she assured me they can. I pay my co pay which was suppose to cover ALL teeth and as soon as I get to the back the oral surgeon tells me the "Dentist" took the drill off the premises and they can only do 3 teeth. I declined their offer because I felt like that was dishonest of them. I got so frustrated that I cried because of the pain and I ended up taking my business elsewhere. My mother decided to go in and ask what's happening and I don't know if my mother intimidated them, but to help "calm her down" they told her every little detail about what's going on with my teeth like that was suppose to negate the fact that they were dishonest and got me to pay for a full service they stated they could do and didn't follow through. My mother was just there because I would've needed a designated driver but who gave them the right to share my personal business which is against the law! I ended up asking for a full refund and I had to wait days for it to process and $100 is a lot of money to spend when you have nothing to show for it. I say go somewhere else people!

The entire staff here was unbelievably kind and compassionate. I was facing severe anxiety over treatment and everyone there made me feel so comfortable. My hygienist went above and beyond to calm my fears and get me through the visit as easily as possible without ever once making me feel silly or embarrassed for being so anxious. Easily the best experience at a dentist I have ever had.
