Always have a great experience. However, there is always new hygienists and dentists in the office. Staff isn't very consistent

Mercedes was wonderful! My son is in ortho so she offered many suggestions on techniques and tools that will help him have better results at home. She was friendly, outgoing and provided a pain free cleaning. She spent time getting to know my son and listened to my concerns as well. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend this office!

When Dr Hubbard was there, it was phenomenal. After he retired and sold the practice, it was ok. some new staff, and drs, but ok. Then this year, the entire staff is new. Pleasant enough. But I went in for a routine cleaning, and they refused. Out of the blue, decided I needed a deep clean that required me to have shots.. for a routine clean appt. This was never told to me in the entire 17 years of going there. Since the entire staff changed, and I don't know anyone, I went elsewhere, where they didn't agree. I wish you all well.

Very pleased with the service! From the receptionist to the Dentist, everyone seemed to know what they were doing and had answers to all my questions. They were also very accommodating when scheduling appointments as well. Overall I highly recommend it.

I have been a very happy patient at Great Lakes Family Dental for 9 years. The front office is always professional and friendly. The hygienists and dentist's do a phenomenal job with oral care, and they have great credentials along w/ continuing education. There is rarely a wait time when you arrive.

Great place for yourselves or your kids! Friendly staff and doctors. Able to work around our schedules. Very informative and helpful. Listened to my concerns and helped me feel better.

There's been some turnover in staff, but I found the new staff incredibly personable. Would recommend. Mercedes was very helpful and went above and beyond. She was kind and provided some recommendations for treating a cut inside my cheek and I found Dr. Olurotimi thorough and down to earth.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and skilled staff. They really get to know you. When I go in for appointments it feels like I'm visiting friends! They aren't going to tell you that you need something done if you really don't. They understand dental work is expensive and have always tried to help me minimize expenses.

For over 40 years my dental health has been well taken care of by Gary Hubbard and Eve Easter. Today I was Introduced to a wonderful hygienist, Mercedes, who gave an excellent cleaning with a very personable attitude. I also saw Dr.Louie who was very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone in need of friendly, efficient care.

Although the staff was very friendly, and the hygienist seemed to do a great job, it is a shame that since Dr. Hubbard retired, the staff turnover is crazy! Everytime I have gone in the last 2 years, I've had a different hygienist, different front office staff, and 3 different dentists. There was not even a dentist today to see me. I was told he is part time/temporary, pulled from another office, but wasn't available today. It would have been nice to be forewarned.

Knowledgeable and caring staff! My hygienists (I've had two different ones here) taught me new things that were actually useful to me. Update: I had another hygienist today--Mercedes-- and she was the most gentle, meticulous, amazing hygienist!!
