My son had a spacer cutting into his gums. This spacer was put in by a former dentist that we moved from to Adrian Location. After calling several dentists even his own and being told to either, "Go back where you got it" or, "We don't do that" or "The dentist doesn't feel qualified" or "We stop seeing patients after 12" (he's just turned 13) I finally reached GLFD. They got him in same day and as soon as they could. This is a place that truly cares about their community and making sure people are taken care of. I am a medical provider myself, I often go above and beyond to be sure my patients get what they need or be squeezed in if need be on emergency basis. I will be telling every patient, every family member, every person about how these other locations had zero interest helping a child in pain until I found GLFD, I want people to know where to go when they need compassion and help. No mother wants to see their child in pain, no person could stand a wire slicing their gums for, "Earliest would be next month!" Appointment & Great Lakes ensures they don't. They have my business and anyone else I can refer here on out.

Picked this location for convenience. The receptionist is rude and didn't feel like doing her job. They have older equipment and terrible customer service. They lost a family of 4.

Do NOT recommend Dr. Mark or Dr. Cox. Dr. Mark is extremely rough, and doesn't care.

They have always been professional and kind to me. The waiting room is relaxing to be in. The man who did my braces did a great job even though he had his work cut out for him.

Got a cleaning, only to be told the dentist was gone for the day already. Don't schedule anything with Dr.Cox after 5pm, because he'll be gone and you won't know until the end! Won't return

Dentists and hygienists are great; no complaints. Billing is terrible & one of the newer girls is completely rude and snotty. Lost a family of five.
