Made a dentist appointment for my 3 year old daughter to start to get her comfortable going to the dentist. I had to get a babysitter for my infant son and schedule around work. We read books and talked about what would happen at the dentist to prepare her for the visit because she was nervous. Finally the day came and we arrived for the appointment 20 mins early, she was very excited now. The office looked dark and door was locked. Called the number and the receptionist said "oh I tried to call, he's busy at a seminar all day can you come a different day". I never received a missed call, voicemail, message or email and they had my phone number correct per verification with the receptionist. Very disappointed in customer care and needless to say they won't be getting our business

The selection of a new health care provider can be an ordeal. In looking for a Dentist near me, I had reviewed the experiences of Dr. Singh's patients and was very impressed. I had selected Dr. Singh and now understand the overwhelming positive responses. You too will find that a visit to Dr. Singh's office is all about you. You feel like you're the most important person in the room. Everything is explained. Options are provided for every budget. I highly recommend Dr. Singh without hesitation. Needless to say, I'm very very pleased.

Went here becauwe I chipped my tooth they expressed empathy to me witch was great made it seem as though my problem could be fixed in a timely manner and the exspiriance was very friendly but they failed to meet my needs and I provided ample time for this to be addressed will not be returning

I am only in the beginning stages of my dental treatment, but so far Dr. Singh has been extremely thorough and also explained in depth all of my available options.

A recent dental emergency is how I came to find Dr Singh at Great Lakes Dental Group Prior to seeing Dr Singh, my dental care had been handled by another dental group. The office staff at the previous practice was nice, but I always saw a different dentist every time I had an appointment. That lack of continuity in my dental health care left me with a sense of fear and trepidation. I knew I needed to find another dentist, but like most things we don't enjoy doing, I kept putting it off. And then, my front tooth cracked. I knew I needed to find another dentist. So, I did what most of us do... I read reviews. I was impressed by the many excellent reviews left for Dr Singh by his patients. Although I was fearful due to past dental experiences ... I decided to go ahead and made an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Dr Singh is unlike any other dentist I have ever met. He immediately put me at ease with his caring, compassionate manner. And he took time to explain my options in great detail. During my procedure (which was lengthy) he was very kind and gentle. I felt a very minimal amount of pain which was amazing to me. He also took time to call and check on me afterwards which I greatly appreciated. The quality of care that Dr Singh provides is the type of high quality care that used to be an accepted standard among medical professionals many years ago. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is tired of revolving door dentistry- and wishes to achieve and maintain outstanding continuity in their dental health care. I am very happy to have found him.

My experience so far with this office has been great. The doctor spent a great amount of time with me and made sure I understood everything. I am excited to continue to come to this office.

I have been seeing dr singh and have a lot of allergies this man has worked circles helping me get partial dentures as I am allergic to all metal...he did it.he thinks about the comfort of the patient and explains very clearly about the work he is performing. 5 stars from me and I would definitely refer him to other people

I accompanied my husband to his appointment with Dr Singh and was having an issue of my own. Dr Singh was willing to see me without an appointment right after he saw my husband because I was having discomfort. He quickly discovered the problem and was able to give me temporary relief. Then I scheduled an appointment to have a more permanent solution. I am very pleased with Dr Singh and staff and highly recommend him.

Dr. Singh's conservative approach saved me from getting a root canal! He used an enlay as well as a filling technology to help keep the nerve in my tooth undisturbed. He also really took a consultative approach, guiding me through why he chose this specific process and I really enjoyed this bespoke dental experience. It has been a year since I got treatment from Dr. Singh and I couldnt be happier. I have already referred all of my friends and willl definitely keep visiting the office.

Dr. Singh has given me my smile back. He keeps current and explains in detail what and why he has to do something. I would recommend Dr. Singh. He takes no short cuts and strives for perfection.

During an emergency visit, I received the absolute best care! I was seen quickly and pricing/insurance and procedures were explained. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating to my young son, who had to come with me. The doctor was compassionate and skilled. I was a total wreck about being seen; shaking, fearful, embarrassed, and he sailed through with kindness and knowledge. I would recommend GLDG to all and will return for all of my family's dental needs.
