Dr Teresa is great, very kind and professional. Staff is over-all wonderful as well. Only complaint is that communication could be better. Wanted to come in for a check in to make sure that my fillings were in place due to sensitivity. When I called, my tone was not urgent, nor did i say i needed to be seen immediately. The receptionist called me back the same day with a cancellation spot for the next morning. I believed it was a standard visit. AFTER the 5 minute appt was done, i found out that it was billed as an emergency visit (significantly more than a standard visit) and that is not what I had asked for. Had they asked if it was an emergency, i would have said no and waited a few weeks to be seen.

Shelly is the best ; she cleans my teeth at Great Lakes Dental Carly as always, the best Dr Cory is a very good dentist, so professional, courteous, and no pain when I see him ...awesome team. I recently saw Dr Theresa on an emergency visit at 7am...very professional and excellent work. This office has served me over 50 years.
