Excellent experience so far. They utilize the perfect balance of technology and hands on care. Weekly scans at home keep an eye on my son's progression while freeing up time in my schedule. I spend less time out of work, my son spends less time out of school. Our office visits are friendly, efficient, and they have a great coffee bar for mom & dad. I really appreciate the text appointment reminders and the ability to communicate via text with the office. I plan to bring my other son there in the near future and would highly recommend to anyone- but especially busy moms- who are looking for orthodontics in the area.

I've been taking my son here for awhile and everyone is absolutely amazing ! As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by a lady with a great big smile ! The Doctors there are very sweet and answer every question you have . They all work very well with children.

Such a nice doctor and team of people! They are very knowledgeable and so kind. They treated both of my girls, even though only one is a patient, equally, which is so helpful when little sis is only three and doesn't understand. So glad we were referred to this office!!

I didn't realize I would have to pay another $400 a yr every year for teeth trays to keep my teeth straight. Paying for my second maybe my third set of trays. That's an additional $800-$1200 expense.

I am extremely pleased with my results after suing Invisalign. The staff at Great Lakes Bay Ortho was always pleasant and helpful.

Staff was awesome so was Dr. G. Very convenient living up north and meeting half way. He was weary of all dentists that even his own dentist (that cleaned his teeth) didn't want nothing to do with putting braces on. (They have a private room to leave my worrying at rest) Experience was great! My son went from not liking his teeth, to loving his teeth!

All options and risks were not discussed when recommendations were given, we needed to ask a few times for things to be clearly explained along the way on the first day, an appliance was not glued in properly and some staff seem impatient when questions are asked (deep sighs, rolling eyes, laughing). We are at the beginning of treatment and thus far surprised with the bedside manner of some staff at this practice. Will update rating in a few months if it changes. UPDATE 6.29.22: Trisha, the office manager, reached out right away to address our concerns. She genuinely listened, offered helpful information, encouraged my daughter to speak up, apologized and shared her intentions to address concerns with staff at the office. We also met with Dr. Grillo who shared more about what to expect, his intentions for the treatment plan and his role in motivation/coaching through the orthodontic process. Unfortunately, it didn't feel like our concerns about expectations and uneven placement of the palatal expander were fully acknowledged, but they did offer to make a new expander if requested. They also offered a full refund if we didn't want to continue there. Given the rough start, and the fact that several interactions resulted in our daughter not receiving the quality of care we expected, we decided to stop treatment there. Planning to go into an office for two years plus where some staff don't introduce themselves when they're working on your mouth (with no name tag in view), make comments that reinforce body image issues and don't explain things along the way, doesn't work well for our family. Trisha said that's not the norm, and we hope it's different for others. We will consider a different type of orthodontics at another practice in the future. Our suggestion for others would be to make sure all of your questions are answered completely before getting started, ask for what you need along the way and if something feels off, talk to Trisha or seek consultations elsewhere.

I have been experiencing jaw problems for years with teeth sensitivity becoming worse and now open open bite. My dentist referred me to Dr. Grillo and with the detailed examination and discussion today, I am finally feeling like there is a solution. I am excited to get started with my Invisalign ! I have just finished my Invisalign and what a transformation of my teeth and my bite!! I can now bite into things, like a sandwich, that I hadn't been able to for years. My jaw pain is also gone. I am thrilled with my results and with the wonderful care I received!! I highly recommend Drs Grillo, Davis and Davis!!

The only thing i didn't like was the roughness of the ladies trying to take the images in my mouth and my two sons mouths. Other than that everything was great. Everyone was very nice.
