Best dental experience I've ever encountered. My son was referred here from another dentist and they called me the very next day. He had been in a massive amount of pain and they got me in the very next morning and even squeezed him in to remedy the problem right then and there. They answered all of my questions very politely. I was very nervous about things and trying not to show my little one that I was nervous. He wasn't super cooperative even with the meds so we agreed to just remedy the problem as quickly as possible and they did. He is so happy that they took his sick tooth out and he is feeling much better today. I am very grateful for this office. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely the worst dentist office ever for children. My daughter call asked questions. My granddaughter has separation anxiety she asked if she could carry her to reciptionist door due to this and they canceled really . Take about really understand and your working with children talk about ridiculous.

Would not recommend this place. There is nothing for little kids to do in the waiting room. Even though we had an appointment, they were surprised to see us and "squeezed us in". The Dentist yelled at my son, telling him to "stop picking at the couch! The buttons are loose!" because he was picking at the loose buttons because he was bored. Terrible place, go elsewhere.

Took care of our appointments for our little guys quickly and gave us lots of tips for helping them keep healthy teeth and gums. Super engaging staff all around.

I have brought two of my children to great grins. My daughter at the beginning of dental treatments would literally fight with dentists because of her fears of needles. After five treatments she is more comfortable, and healthy. My son is excited for future checkups and I could not be more thankful. Thank you Great Grins.

My daughter was 5 when we came to see Dr. Mark. He wanted to put sealant on my daughter's teeth. I asked which type because I had researched it. He was visibly upset at me questioning him. Then he was going to sedate her and I had to sign off on it. Being a nursing student I had questions about why they had to give 3 different medicines. Increasingly agitated the dentist told me that if he didn't work on my daughter's teeth he would report me to the authorities. So, I complied with whatever he wanted. I wasn't allowed to be in the room with her. I heard her screams though. And when he was done he was still mean. That was 7 years ago. Everytime we go to a new dentist (always a pediatric dentist at the University many hours away) I explain why my daughter is so terrified of the dentist is because of this one day when Dr. Mark of Oregon City scared my little girl. We haven't forgotten you. We never will. Thank goodness you have all that psychological training. You can mess kids up extra good. Dr. Mark should keep that in mind. He traumatized her in a way she has never recovered from. And neither have I.

My 2 year old ended up needing 4 teeth pulled and Dr Mutschler and Jose took great care of her! She was calm during the entire procedure. I was given clear aftercare instructions and told what to expect. I'm so happy I took her here and can't thank them enough!

Was here one time only due to the disrespect I received from the dentist a little over 3 years ago. She looked mad and repeatedly told me to go back to OHP. Very rude!

What a wonderful experience forward you my children and myself! I was worried about how my two toddlers would react as this was their first visit. Both the 2 and 3 year old did great with the help of everyone! The doctors are so kind and even go out of their way to introduce themselves if they aren't seeing you. My daughter LOVED it! My son was a bit difficult to control and I was impressed at how well everyone was with him. They certainly know how to work with kids! We all felt safe and welcome and had every step explained before it happened. I even learned some tips for care at home. I highly recommend this children's dentist for your littles. I already have my next appointment booked!

If a parent says their child is choking you don't argue about it, you do something, even if you think the parent is over acting. This should be a zero star.
