They are a joke, they were charging my credit card every year as a plan to pay less when I have to do cleaning or any other process, but I had an appointment today and they just canceled on me the same day and time not advance notice or anything

This is what I would call a meat clinic. They tried to upsell me with a precancerous screening and a sealing for your teeth. Then the doctor consultation after the cleaning, the dentist did not even look or talk to me. Looked at the screen and listed two huge procedures. My insurance turned them down and said that I did not even need that yet... Run, do not go here.

Had a filling done by Dr Kaci today. He was very fast, efficient and skilled. I experienced no discomfort and feel very safe going to this dentist.

Worst visit ever.... the Dental hygienic lady was very nasty... came in while talking loud to someone one the outside before even introducing hersel.. before then she was very rude to her coworker at the front desk while patient where..... I could just get a cleaning, nothing more, nothingness but she insisted the I to go this Floriide thingy which I said no, if it's not covered by my insurance I don't want it.... Me and my wife have had this done a few times previously and had to pad out of pocket but honestly I don't see want it does.... but she said I'dI'm not doing it she's can't give me a cleaning, so I left and me and my family will never be back.... how dare she tells me I have the the Floriide treatment (whate er it's called)..... she has poor customer service skills and I don't want her putting her hands in my mouth........ will be call my insurance company today to make SURE they weren't charged because nothing was done yesterday...... ....don't even deserve 1 star

The staff was very polite and nice. Dr. Kass Gregory the oral surgeon was very professional and explained to me clearly and patiently the procedures that needs to be done and options I can make. I can recommend this place as it is very clean. The staff was very nice from the front desk to the the doctors assistant Cherie....

Pros: office is clean, front desk attendants were professional. Cons: I was charged $90 on top of insurance coverage, for a 5 min rushed visit, and was informed while sitting on the dental chair. Another, patient or rather say Customer also complained about being deceived regarding payment. Also, there seemed to be some type of office quarrel amongst employees, which is a tad unprofessional. Will not return, felt more like a Customer then patient. Conclusion, Dentistry in New York is horrible. Its pretty sad

The dentist and the young lady that works at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. I forgot to get her name, but she was the best!

Why does this place refuse to answer the phone? I've tried on several different days and at different times, but nobody ever picks up.

My elderly mother went in for a root canal and Dr. Caci's bedside manner was terrible. She asked if they could slightly elevate the chair before the procedure so that she wasn't flat on her back being that it's not the most comfortable for her and he simply told her, "No and to leave!" She's in her 70's for Christ sake.

I was in for a root canal with Dr Kaci. I was super nervous because I had one done elsewhere and it was a really bad experience. Dr Kaci and his assistant made this experience a quick and painless one. They were super efficient and kind as well.

Terrible service. I have been having to reschedule for almost 3 months because they dont have a hygienist. And in all of my years have not been to a dentist that does not floss your teeth after a cleaning

Looking for a new dental office currently, would not recommend. Staff are pretty friendly when you arrive. Each time I've went there are new staff members probably because this location is very unorganized. Nelson is the only staff member at the front desk I see when I go and he is always very pleasant and helpful. It's a very nice dental office, very modern but they have terrible service skills. You can never get an appointment when you need one and you are unable to get anyone on the phone. If you make an appointment online they call you to tell you that was a booking error and they have to reschedule the appointment for you ... why have the slots available online ?? When you make an appointment you won't even be seen for your appointment time if it is an evening appointment and they will make it known they have to rush your appointment because they want to go home. The hygienist has the worst teeth in history and has the nerve to try to explain what our mouths need to look like that does not make sense to me. She insisted I get a bunch of cleanings that were an extra charge and she was so rough during the whole process it was like torture.

Per my previous post, I was hoping that things would get better but problem is still not resolved. After 5 months of trying, I finally got on a conference call with the insurance company and GE staff personnel. Next steps are they were going to resubmit the claim (for the 4th time) and have been calling to following up. Called a few times and after leaving VM messages, still not get a response. Hoping to get this matter resolved once and for all. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dental services is fine..but the problem is customer service and the front desk. They never answer the phone!!! I am trying to cancel an appointment and rectify a problem with paperwork that was supposed to be processed with my insurance company and they never did it (after requesting it several times). I have called several times over several hours and various days of week . They picked up once but after a couple of sentences the call was dropped. This is nuts and very frustrated!
