Called in the morning due to a throbbing nerve pain and got put in right away. Receptionist was kind and accommodating. Dr and the assistant were also kind and the Dr took his time explaining. Yet I was out of there in less than an hour including wait time. Thank you to the staff!

Horrible everything, first off my appointment is at 11:00 am, I'm still waiting to be seen at 12:30pm, I go complaining and then they finally take Me in and I'm in a rush cause I have to be somewhere by 2:00. So they did the cleaning and the x rays and they told me I had to wait for my x ray results but since I was in a rush they said they would give me a call to discuss if I need to make an appointment for a filling. I call back a week later since I never got a call about my results and she keeps putting me on hold and hanging up. The worse dentist I've ever been to stay far away from this unprofessional place.

Great expression, Went for a root canal. Always seems so scary. Staff is very professional. The Dr and Dental assistant worked seamlessly. The Dr. Literally let me know what he would be doing. They both worked very well.with no pain and no discomfort over a 2, I actually enjoyed the treatment as I felt confident the 2 would take care of me. Great Job. Sorry I missed both names but Job well done. See you in 3 weeks.

The dental hygienist is great. The wait is never long and I never leave out the office in pain, even when I got my tooth pulled. I highly recommend

My hygienist Ms Elaine Meldonado was professional and made me relaxed enough to get through the procedure. I had a bad experience previously with a different dental office that kept me away for a while but Elaine has change my views. She kept me informed every step of the procedure.

This is the WORST dentist place to go to. I mean the worst place ever. There customer service is horrible. There's a Spanish girl with greasy hair and couldn't open her eyes because her lashes were too big. Please read the reviews I complained about Keisha the African American tall women. She is the worst, he customer service is horrific. I once complained about her being mean to one of her staff members. I spoke to the manager and she made it seem like she was concern she wasn't at all. I came to my next visit and I guess they try to get back at me because of my complaint. Even thou I was late they made me weight a whole hour for me to get check. They were being sarcastic by making me wait. They wanted me to get out character so bad but I didn't. Unlike them I'm mature and educated. I thought to myself if I had there type of life and had to make other ppl feel small to make up for there uneducated and absent mind kind of a life. I can understand where there coming from. I really feel sorry for them, I WILL NEVER COME TO PLACE AGAIN the customer service is not worth it. Believe the reviews !!!! Go someone where else!! Trust me!! Only thing that's good is Dr.Jaheem & Eliane that does teeth cleaning.

They need to bring back the old office staff. I don't know what is going but I was hold for approximately 10 minutes then it took another 10 minutes to schedule an appointment. The hygienist is the best plus the dentist. I noticing no one stays there long.

This place is very unprofessional the receptionist doesn't care to do their jobs and have bad attitudes. My husband switched his dentist to them, and had his previous dentist send all his records twice, which they kept saying they never received. Then when he complains to office manager they found said emails but cancelled his appointment for complaining about their lack of professionalism. Says to me they don't care about their patients.

Not the best experience. I just got a fill in and the entire time both dentists talked to each other about their work hours instead of making me feel comfortable as a client. Very unprofessional.

Eddie is a good dentist. Always profession and does a great job. However, while I was there I had my teeth cleaned and had the dentist Dr. Nashad (might have spelt her name incorrectly) looked at a chip back tooth. Her attitude was not welcoming, and she file down my teeth as if she couldn't be bothered. I figured that I could have had the chip back tooth filled, but instead she said it's small and could be filed down. I regretted going there.
