I can't tell you how AMAZING the hygienist was. i don't know her name, but she's blond with a country twang to her voice. she was so fun, calm and kind with my son who is 4. now, on the other hand, i wish they would've told me i had to pay out of pocket for myself today for x-rays before my appt. so i didn't get to be seen. x-rays every six years?! my insurance company is gonna get an earful later today. lol anyways, they were great!!

The ladies that work at the Airport office are always super friendly and spot on with not wasting any of your time! Routine cleanings are done painlessly and with an expediency that I've never had at another dental office. Lee Ann is awesome, can't speak highly enough about the job she does!!

I have Dr. Sabreen Owais and I am SO happy with how I am treated. I am terrified of dentists and she is so gentle, explains EVERYTHING she is going to do before she does it. The Assistants are so kind, understanding, and funny. I have been to so many dentists and have been actually physically hurt, scammed, traumatized, but never here. This place is awesome.

My whole family loves the dentist and hygienist! Best we have ever had! However, today's experience left me so shaken I am leaving my first ever negative review. The woman at the front desk has to be the rudest and most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. Full disclosure this was my third and final strike. My First was arriving at an 8 AM appointment that was canceled. Confused, I politely rescheduled understanding these things happen. Second strike, The day of my sons appointment which we waited months for, I received an impatient phone call explaining my sons insurance info was wrong, and I needed to immediately call his insurance company , or he would be rescheduled first available 2 months later. At work and with no notice ,I asked if I could please handle this in a hour or with his insurance card 15 minutes proir to his appointment? Insinuating that this this was my problem I was told NO , she wanted it done right then before her lunch. Left with no good option, I left work and after a 45 minute phone call trying to figure out the issue with the insurance company, it ended up being a typo on great expressions end. After which the rude tone turned apologetic, and although we still had to reschedule his appointment I reacted kindly and politely. Today I came to 9 a.m appt, to an immediate and rude greeting stating my appointment had been canceled and they tried calling me. not only that but the doctor would be gone all week. Confused , knowing I had received no such phone call, and shocked at the abrupt rudeness upon walking in the door, I immediately showed my three text messages confirming today's appointment .Instead of apologizing and understanding the confusion, I was lectured it was my irresponsibility for not returning phone calls or answering voicemails. . Again believing I had no missed phone calls or recent voicemails, I did check and was surprised to find one single attempt to reach me by call, an entire month earlier, with a 15 second unopened voicemail from an identified phone number. Even more frustrating, I had spoken with the office several times after this voicemail with no mention of the cancellation, and received three separate text messages, including one from 6 PM just the night before CONFIRMING The appt . Suggesting that there could be a better way to communicate, like a second call to spare someone of the inconvenience of taking time off work to drive across town for a canceled appointment, I was responded to with even greater hostility. Although I was given an explanation that hands were tied by a bad corporate policy that doesn't allow them to cancel confirming text messages for canceled appointments, and that it is the patients responsibility to call the office and cancel them, it was the outrageous and rude way in which it was handled . The manager did come to mediate after things escalated. Unfortunately she also blamed everything on a corporate policy , refusing to address the disrespectful way was I was being treated, even with the fact that the employee was still making rude comments and shaking her head the entire time we were speaking. The employee even snapped at her threatening to clock out immediately when she said some thing she did not like. Sadly I realized there was going to be no professional resolution, so I left knowing I still desperately need my appointment with the doctor , really shaken up from the whole experience , and a corporate phone number to report the incident. I am a patient person and just a small bit of kindness or professionalism would've resolved this issue an entirely. I hate leaving this review but hopefully someone might be spared what I was. And moving past the front desk I trust the dentist 100%. Completely sad and unnecessary.
