Friendly and helpful staff. The customer service is exceptional. I usually get very bad anxiety when going to the dentist, however, everyone here goes above and beyond to ensure that I feel comfortable and aware of the treatments provided.

By far the worst experience, first they assisted 4 kids that came after us. Then they also expected me to be ok with holding one child while my other child went off by herself in a separate room to do X-rays. So I had to express my child had autism, in order for a parent to be able to be with each child, as if it was either way ok for a 6year old to be alone with a stranger. The hygienist that was doing my daughter X-rays was really bad at giving directions so I had to step in after my youngest was done. It was so frustrating to deal with the staff that I completely forgot I shouldn't have even been in the room when they were doing the X-rays since I'm 6 months pregnant. They didn't ask, and I didn't think maybe I needed protection to be in there. Luckily the hygienist changed to another and she was able to give better instructions. When I called the office to check if it was safe for me to be in there while pregnant the girl over the phone said she didn't know because they weren't medical experts. The dentist asked if my daughter took any medication for her autism, as if that had to be a thing. I've never been asked if my daughter takes medication for her autism.

(Translated by Google) Make sure you talk to your insurance before placing a foot in the door - they will bill you and lie to you. Great receptionist. Not to mention unnecessary procedures. Doctor will never talk to you. The manager will lie to you and smile. Make sure you talk to your insurance before setting foot in this business. They charge you and lie to you. While most of the staff was very nice I was quite put off by the appearence of the place when I first arrived. My main reason for giving them three stars was their lack of flexibility and unwillingness to provide the services I requested. I wanted a normal cleaning and they said they would only give me a deep cleaning which price difference is substantial, not only for me but also in the pocket of the clinic. I asked for my X-rays which they told me that they would send. I don't believe that I will be going back to this clinic.

(Translated by Google) The worst horrible thing that can happen is to take your children to the dentist, they attend when they feel like it, they give you an appointment for nothing, you arrive at 8 o'clock, you go out at 1 o'clock, my son had an extraction a month ago, I arrived just that day and it passed they don't do it if not just the cleaning because they missed it and then it was too late (Original) Lo mas malo horrible que puede haber para llevar tus hijos al dentista atienden cuando a ellos se les da la gana te dan cita para nada llegas a las 8 sales a la 1 mi hijo tenia una extraccion desde un mes atras llego justo ese dia y pasa que no se la hacen si no solo la limpieza por que se les paso y luego que ya era tarde

From the beginning to the end, I felt so secure in the competent hands of Dr. Saroza and Dr. Alderete as they replaced one of my crowns. It was a complicated, 2-day affair, but they clearly explained every step in the process, making me feel confident in their work. Their attention to detail convinced me that I was getting the highest level of care imaginable. Shawn Eric DeNight A very satisfied customer

The staff is super friendly, they do a good job of explaining the breakdown in pricing, and they went out of their way to contact my insurance company to verify my coverage. I've been going there for 4 years and have been seen by 3 dentists. I'm generally quite happy with their work, but I must say that this last time was a bit jarring and that I would've benefited from gentler treatment.

I highly recommend this place. Today I had 3 extractions and I did not feel when they put anesthesia. Dr. Flavia Gongalves Periodontics and her assistants Leyanis and Kathy did a very good job. My anesthesia is gone and I have no pain. In addition, they were very affectionate and professional. Thank you so much. I'm very happy
