Very disorganized office. Be prepared to wait at least an hour past your appointment time to be seen.

I've never experienced such horrible customer service from any company, let alone from a Healthcare provider. I received a bill months ago for treatment that is covered by my Insurance and for payments I've already made. I've called, left voice-mails, emailed the corporate billing center, and received no return phone call or even acknowledgement. Do not go here even for routine dental work!!

I've had nothing but a great experience here. I had a time crunch and the receptionists went above & beyond to accommodate me, even when one appointment had to be rescheduled, Stacy did everything in her power to get me in. Dr. Uma & her assistants are absolutely wonderful, compassionate, and trustworthy. I truly appreciate each and every one of them and I'm happy to of found this office

if I could I would rate this place a 0. Dr.Ryan is always cancelling or rescheduling appts the day of. I have to rescheduling my schedule for his needs and that is ridiculous. His staff is very rude they never communicate w you it's always open your mouth. This whole place and organization is very messy! Please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere, I should've listened to friends and family when they told me about this place. Dr.Ryan is very money hungry I was a few months away of being 18 and all I asked was when my braces was coming off and he told me that if I no longer wanted my braces I could consent to have them remove at 18 but I still had to pay the full amount of the braces. I'm not sure how me asking when my braces would come off resulted in him saying that. Please don't go here!

Staff was wonderful! Professional and lots of patience BUT their pricing is outrageous and as a senior on a fixed budget, it hit the wallet really hard just for a denture repair! No discounts for cash or senior citizens either! David Holsinger

Paid $1,000 for a crown , keep in mind all my temps never stayed on for longer than 3 days ; my crown lasted 3 months and then popped off like nothing. I called them and they said there is no dentist in to cement it down again , which is odd because they had all type of people doing work in my mouth that wasn't a dentist / doctor. Currently at another dentist spending more money to fix their work that was poorly done , not to mention my crown is to big for my tooth every filling they did was wrong or caused more decay! This facility needs to be shut down !!

I thought the lady was joking when she said they will take my kid alone in the back. LMAO I don't know what parents allow strangers to take their children ALONE to be with a "dentist" but that is incredibly inappropriate and highly disturbing. They take kids as small as 3 alone. I laughed in the ladies face. Plus these people were half hour late coming back from lunch. I found a new dentist ASAP didn't even stay to meet the dentist.

I've never heard of a doctor telling a child "I don't want to ever see you again" this was said yo my son only because he was scared of getting his tooth pulled, which should be understandable for a six year old, make me feel like the dentist doesn't like their job the need to quit.

Do not utilize their online appointment "requests". The process was not clear that it was just a request and I was not contacted about not being able to be seen. This was my first time here and I waited for 15-20 minutes before I walked up to the person behind the desk who proceeded to tell me that I took off work for nothing. Not sure why the online system even let me put a "request" in for today (did this about 3 weeks ago with no contact from them) because they did not have anything available until SEPTEMBER (what I was told when I asked). The employee did not seem empathetic about telling me this news either. She made it sound like I was dumb for not knowing what I had done incorrectly. I understand that there was confusion on my part but things could have been done to prevent this from happening. A) only have the ability to request an appointment date that actually has availability. Because what's the point of requesting a certain date/time anyways if they're booked up for MONTHS in advance? B) literally call, email, text, ANYTHING to let me know that they weren't able to accommodate me on that day. They probably do confirmation calls when a date is selected that had availability, but how are people supposed to plan their lives with this kind of uncertainty about whether or not they have to request off work, etc. I'm never coming here again. It was such a waste of time and an unpleasant experience overall. I suggest you guys don't waste your either. If they can't have even the slightest bit of communication with potential new patients, then is it really worth it?

I had a very good experience w the dental higienist in this practice. She took her time to explain every single step of the cleaning and was very nice and professional. I have had many dental cleanings in my life and she was really good. I did not like that they scheduled 2 separate appts to see the doctor and higienist, but the experience was totally worth the trip and the wait. I am happy that I followed through and got to meet Yunia on that day. She was amazing. I highly recommend her.

The doctor that saw me had a deplorable bedside manner and when I did not want to pursue the course of treatment he suggested, he simply walked out of the examine room & didn't return. Instead of discussing my options, he stated that is all my insurance would pay for....I know that's not true. So I called my my insurance company and advised of the "service" that was provided as well as reconfirmed my coverages. I would not recommend this place to anyone because all this person wants to do is get your teeth pulled and give you the old style dentures...not implants. Seems to me, he doesn't want to work hard but wants to reap the benefits of having insurance pay for his fee to fit for dentures. That appointment was a colossal waste of my time, gas & really showed just how careless others are due to their greed
