Sadly, I believe today was my last visit with GE. I walked in, filled out the little covid19 screen that after 2.5 years they are still obcessed with . I was kindly asked if I had a mask to wear and I kindly said "no, and I am not going to wear one." (This is why: 1) if you follow actual science, you would know the flimsy little surgical masks they are STILL requiring do nothing to protect against a virus 2.) I would have to remove said mask for you to be elbow deep in my mouth anyway 3.) There was no body in the waiting room... Then I wait 30 minutes past my apt time before I was seen. The hygenist used hand sanitizer on the gloves he was wearing and then put them in my mouth, the cleaning felt like waterboarding, when it was time for the flouride treatment, instead of using trays,- he put a big foamy glob on his fingers and shoved it in my mouth and said he would be back in 2 min..then I go to checkout and the receptionist said the total was $10 for today.. I said " I just had a cleaning and flouride, both are covered by my insurance...whats the $10 for??" She said it was for 'infection prevention, because of the pandemic' ......I said I have never been charged this and I have been here several times since the beginning of the 'pandemic' Im going to go ahead and assume it was a $10 charge because I didnt wear a mask. I must note, I would have left if they would have asked and at no time was I rude or disrespectful.......I just can't anymore with these companies that are perpetuating this nonsense.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANY ONE - THE DENTALOFFICE SENT IN A BILL FOR PERIDONTAL WORK AND HUMANA PAID $327 TO HUMANA INSTEAD OF AN ESTIMATE -THEY DID NO WORK-- THE INSURANCE COMPANY PAID THE BILL AND THEN DENIED ME FURTHER PERIODONTAL WORK -- WHEN I CHALLENGED GREAT EXPRESSIONS THEY FIRST DENIED ANY RECORDS THEN WHEN I GAVE THEM THE CHECK NUMBER FROM HUMANA THEY TOLD HUMANA THEY WOUD REIMBURSE TO HUMANA BUT THEY DIDN'T DIDN'T.... DOESN'T STOP THERE ......... FURTHER ACTION--- THE ESTIMATE THEY GAVE ME FOR ADDITIONAL $1800 WAS REVIEWED BY OTHERS AND I WAS ADVISED TO SEEK ANOTHER DENTIST.... SO I DID....BUT I STILL CAN'T GET ANY PERIODONTAL WORK DONE THRU HUMANA BECAUSE HUMANA HAS A 2-YEAR POLICY ON PERIODONTAL...AND THE $327 .AND I PAID AN ADDITION $1300 OUT OF POCKET .......................................................................................... CUSTOMERS SEEK ANOTHER DENTIST!!!!!
