Stephanie in Fayetteville Ga is extremely rude. She talked very aggressive with my son that was trying to understand his charges. He had me on speaker as he spoke to her and I could hear her. She also hung up on me when I called the office a few days later to get a manager's name and the corporate office phone number. She stated they do not give out names and did not the number for corporate or the location. She hung up on me after I told her that she was avoiding my questions and did not seem to know much. This office is stealing money by charging fees that are not explained and trying to say it is the customer's copay fee.

My first appointment with the Great Expressions office in Tallmadge, OH was on 01-24-2022. I have now wasted nearly four (4) months with them in an attempt to have new dentures made. I refused scheduling an appointment to have my remaining teeth extracted, because the dentures they made for me looked like cadaver teeth. My final appointment with them was on 05-12-2022, and I told them "I am done", although I put a substantial amount of money on my credit card to have my dentures made. Please do not waste your money, like I did, with Great Expressions.

The office in Sterling Heights, MI is terrible, I arrived at my appointment 5 minutes late because I had came from a doctor's appointment that was very far, before I could ask if my 2 and 7 year old grandkids could use the restroom, the receptionist Nicole started yelling and screaming at me saying my appointment was at a different time I'm trying to take the kids to bathroom she was refusing to let them go so she could keep trying to reprimand me for being late.I will never go back to them, I hope you don't use them either, very unprofessional now I see why the doctor's kept quitting.

Poor service at Southfield, MI Telegraph location. The dentist actually said that I am looking at him like he is stupid, when we were going back in forth on the error they made. He blamed the lab and I'm sure the lab will deny the error is on their side when all is said and done. The conversation literally felt like an argument verses a discussion.

Management very rude staff very unprofessional there always trying to get over instead of help. BY FAR THE WORST DENTAL CHAIN. This chain needs to be investigated by FBI. Tried to get me to c a doctor for a teeth cleaning. The Southfield office on Telegraph also smelled badly. Again I state avoid all of them especially Southfield and Telegraph. I didn't even wanna give them the one star. They deserve a negative star.

My visit to Great Expressions at Delray Beach Plaza was a bad experience. The Dental Assistant lied about my Insurance Coverage (Dental Care). She told me pulling of the tooth was not covered by my insurance. The Receptionist also lied about another procedure. Both are covered by my insurance. I only supposed to pay co-payment. The doctor there also lied. She will tell you one thing on the phone and when you go in the office she cannot face you. The receptionist had to talk on behalf of her. I thought a dentist office supposed to give you a break down (codes) of the procedures supposed to be done. See what's covered through my insurance. Not to say I have to pay a given amount without any proof. I would not recommend Great expressions to anyone. My co-worker was looking for a dentist. I told him never go to Great Expressions.

I have been trying to get a hold of this group and they never pick up phones or return messages. I have been trying to reschedule my implant surgery since the state opened up electives. I have already invested more money that there is a $800 credit that is owed to me. :-(

I've been trying to speak with someone for months since January, 2020 at the headquarters office. I have left several messages to ask someone to return my call, but I haven't received a call back as of today, June 26, 2020. This company is so quick to call you and send multiple bills demanding payment, but when they owe you money the only thing you hear is crickets!!Terrible, terrible customer service! I wish I can give this company a ZERO star!!

The customer service at the PSC location is HORRIBLE. Rebecca Grigsby and Carmeliah Harris are bad communicators and Rebecca thinks she can talk to people the way she wants. Don't go here for employment opportunities or dental care. The nicest person there is the receptionist. I have the qualifications and even interviewed awhile back now they saying I don't have the qualifications when I do. Carmeliah lied and said that I would receive virtual interview through email and even initiated the phone call but Rebecca saying something completely different and now Carmeliah isn't answering my email or phone calls. When women have titles unfortunately they don't know how to handle the title. Wish I could give 0 star.

I have been a patient and also employee at Great Expressions for 5 years at the headquarters in Southfield, MI. As a patient, I have received excellent dental care for routine check ups and the Southfield dental office is always professional when I visit. I have seen this dental group grow significantly over the years and its nice to see that they have not lost their emphasis on providing excellent patient care to the community.
