Is this place still open? We have called 3 times and goes straight to voicemail. Nobody returns our calls . We are about ready to find a new dentist for our kids. This is very unprofessional.

Warning to all! Don't go as they want to sell you things your kids don't need and drill into healthy teeth! Upswell, upswell and more upswell! Went there with my 2 girls. They took the kids and left parent - me in waiting room until it was time to tell me how much needs to be fixed. When I requested to point out specifics on X-rays, I had to wait for the dentist as only the staff is telling you what needs to be done for how much. The dentist lady doctor got all offensive and gave me attitude, so I requested xrays and left. Had a consult today at Greenberg Dental and no cavities and no watch after checking the existing X-rays and kids teeth. They recommended 2 teeth to be drilled into due to cavities in both girl - drilled into healthy teeth. STAY AWAY!!!!

My son has been a patient since he was 3 and they were amazing, but over the years their service has become extremely poor. Every appointment we're on time but have to wait 45min to an hour. Our appt was scheduled for 8am today and when I walked in over 10 kids were waiting, they didn't call him back there until 50 min later . It's so hard not to come off rude or to be impatient but WHY over schedule if you can't see or bring patients back there in a 10-15 min time frame ?! Absolutely the worst I've ever been too. I don't recommend and will be looking for a new friendly, time efficient dentist. Update : it's been an hour and thirty minutes and he's still not done . Over them .

So extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I waited months for an appointment for my daughter. I got there early with her and checked her in 15 minutes before her appointment. I waited an hour before they tried to claim that I never checked her in despite her name literally being written down on the check-in list. Apparently they had removed it and just assumed she had already been seen without confirming. They said there was nothing they could do but reschedule her appointment for a later time. So I sat there for over an hour again with my daughter waiting for the later appointment time. I watched as employees lazily pushed the door open and mumbled names without even coming out from behind the door. If you weren't actively staring at the door and listening you'd miss them call for you. After waiting for over an hour again they told us that they could not see my daughter and that we would have to come back another day as they overbooked their appointments. I missed almost 3 hours of work and my daughter missed school and has to deal with tooth pain for the rest of the week while we wait to see if they'll actually stick to the new appointment we have booked. I'm actively seeking a new dentist. I will never go back to this place.

Been going here for my Invisalign treatment and I have zero complaints! All the staff, especially Hector, has been wonderful and very helpful. Every appointment has been on time and I'm in and out very quickly.

If I could leave a 0 I would. This office is the epitome of poor communication and repetitively saying one thing will happen and something completely different happens. I just had to have my third visit with the yet another office manager who told me to calm down mid conversation. Now mind you I wasn't loud but I was stern because I'm tired of constant miscommunication and lack of respect for people's time. The sad thing is, I know they could be a great office if they could all get on the same page. My son WAS excited for his appointment today until we were told that things were not happening as I were told they would last week. Shocker!

Can't give this dental group enough praise. Hector especially he is really great with my son. He is likeable and can relate to him. We have been going here for many years and I am so glad we found this dental group.

I would highly recommend this dental office. From the moment you walk in the front desk staff gives you the most warmest welcome. The dental assistants are wonderful with the kids. Their smiles are so bright the energy is so positive and reassuring your child is in great hands. Last but not least is the doctor, Dr. Immadi, the best Pediatric dentist who genuinely cares for all . She is a phenomenal dentist. Dr.Immadi is very knowledgeable of her work she is also very informative. Her presence makes you feel at ease, she is a very humble woman and you can tell how passionate she is about her career which is a good thing because it shows how much she cares about you as a patient. I've always had a great experience here for myself and my children. Ratings should be above five stars.

Not sure why there's so many bad reviews but 4/5 because the waiting room chairs are beat up and ripped. We were in and out in 45 mins. Kids dentist was nice and they let me go back with my 5 year old

Compassionate doctors best prices in the area. I only wish wait time was less but I understand everyone is short staffed right now. We could all learn to be a little more patient. . . God bless

Plan an waiting at least 1 hour for your scheduled appt. Staff is not friendly. This is my child's 3rd visit to this office, every time we come it seems unorganized and doesn't give me much confidence to leave my 5 y/o in their hands as they do not let you come Back with your child. I figured I would give them another chance assuming COVID may have caused the issues before... looks like we will be finding another dentist.

We went to the dentist, I had 3 kids to be seen so i get that its a lot. My daughter waited 40+ minutes in a room with NO adult supervision no one checked on her and wouldn't let me in to sit with her, or her older sister. They are way understaffed. I asked why she was waiting for so long and was a bit put off, but in no way angry or being loud. I asked questions and they didn't like it. My daughter was so upset and anxious by the time the dentist came in that they decided ON THEIR OWN not letting me know that they used Nitrous on her. They asked me to sign the paperwork prior saying it would likely not be used but that I needed to sign it, I asked them not to use it and they still did saying "it is decided between the patient and the doctor" Im sorry my 9yo is not making that decision! She even told them herself she didn't want the nose thing. I mean she was a little crying but in no need to be sedated for anything. I also was told a lie that my insurance did not cover it and it would be $45 for anyone over 9years old. Sorry that is a straight lie I am now trying to get reimbursed by my insurance (which isn't easy) they are just lazy and didn't want to submit a preauthorization to use it. I asked for our records nicely, filled out the proper paperwork for it. As we were sitting there they all started clapping as if they were happy to lose a client thats been there for over 2 years. I also got a backhanded wave saying bye bye to the other ladies all hanging out, none of them doing anything at the desk. It was a goodbye party for a client that was being nice under the circumstances. You just drugged my daughter without telling me after I asked you to let me know in advance or be with her, so I do not recommend anyone going there. They do not care about you or your children.
