I had a cleaning by a very nice hygienist, but there were some aspects where other Great Expressions franchises outshine them. More attention could have saved me discomfort at times, and there were a number of lapses that leave me concerned about the level of rigor, professionalism and seriousness of this location. In the end, my teeth got cleaned to my general satisfaction--thank you!--but i know the record of my visit is incomplete and there was an important service (you could almost say there were two) that I paid for and wouldn't have gotten done except for me reminding them.

I enjoy that my hygienist remembers me and my son (that she also treats) and asks about our lives and remembers it! It makes me feel welcome.

It seems as though the majority of poor reviews are due to appointment issues. Poor communication out of the gate. Biggest gripe is the $10 "Infection Control" fee. For covid specific PPE. Isn't the standard dental PPE adequate? What a racket. Thousands of dollars going towards this.. for what? Any other dentist I've been to for a standard cleaning as a new patient will have a cleaning done same day. The amount of "I'm sorry's" while getting x-rays done is unbelievable. Borrowing equipment from room to room? Are you kidding me? Walked out of this location with nothing to show for and I'll never be back. Great Expressions Dental Centers as a whole needs to get it together. Try SWISH Dental you won't be disappointed

I had my teeth cleaned here by Victoria and she was fantastic!! She was so kind and I had a great conversation with her as she cleaned my teeth. This place is great, other than their text notification system. I never received a text for my initial appointment and when I made two appointments in one day I didn't receive a notification for one of them. Their email/text notification system needs to be looked at.

I went here last month, they did their evaluation, said on one tooth I had a possible root infection, needed root canal & crown & with insurance around 2000$, they also said I needed deep cleaning which was close to 1000$ as well, no cavities. I called & told them I couldn't afford the root canal to pull it, they refused. Went to Liberty Hill Dental Dr Gillespie, he fixed my tooth that had no infection in roots ,no root canal or crown even needed for 377$ & they don't take insurance, today they cleaned my healthy teeth regular cleaning, 90$. These people are crooks BEWARE!! Check out Liberty Hill Dental, they're a Godsend & answer to prayer!

Worst experience ever. Went in for an emergency tooth ache. Was told to see an endodontist for a root canal. I said well I'm in a lot of pain and all I got was ibprofine. Never prescribed antibiotics and never treated for an infection. Go to the endodontist he was shocked that I wasn't on antibiotics. I then go back to great expressions for a crown fitting and temp crown. Dentist worked on my tooth for 2 hrs, my mouth open. Air got into an ulcer I had on my cheek cause of my tooth cutting my cheek. My face swell up like a balloon. Had to go the emergency room. Was out of work for a week. Never once got an apology or anything. This was the worst experience of my life. I will never go back to great expressions. The dentist is a joke and he shouldn't have a license to practice.

I'm usually very anxious about going to a dentist's office but the team at Great Expressions Dental went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing short of positive! Valerie was very accommodating to my work schedule when booking me in for my checkup. She made the check-in process as fast as possible by sending me a link to get all the paperwork done ahead of time. Amanda did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable during my x-rays and walking me through the process. Alicia helped me a ton by recommending products that will help me take better care of my oral health as well as helping me find financing for the procedures I needed to get done that day. You really saved me a lot of stress! Dr. Mousa recommended I get a crown on one of my molars to relieve pain as well as to protect my tooth from further damage. Lily and Dr. Mousa performed the procedure that same day and made sure I was as comfortable as possible the entire time. I truly felt safe in their care, and I am happy to report that I am feeling a lot better! Last but certainly not least, Victoria was in charge of my teeth cleaning which helped relieve my teeth of plaque buildup and gingivitis. The cleaning really helped me feel way more confident about my smile. She is such an awesome person, and her hospitality is unmatched! Thank you to the entire staff who helped me during my visit. If you book with Great Expression Dental, I promise you will not be disappointed with their 5-star service! I am very excited to return and to continue improving my oral health with them!

I would give ZERO Felicia doesn't have a clue of what she is doing. Made appointment over the phone and we show up after waiting a month and she never even made an appointment. And couple of other times she sent us home to come back later because she made a mistake making an appointment.

It started with thorough evaluation and x-rays, then a deep cleaning by Victoria. That was the best part of the experience. My mouth never felt so good and that is after many, many cleanings (I'm 75 years young). I also had a removable bridge done and that was perfect from day one and I've had nightmares before. Thank you to the staff at Great Expectations, specially to Alicia for being so kind and understanding! Your phone system needs help!

I like the team here. They are very professional and very patient. They provide all cost up front and make sure they have sign off before work. The facility is very clean and they are very prepared for the procedures I'm in for. The only downside in my opinion is the number of dentists who have cycled through the practice in the time I've been going there. I think I've seen about 5. But they've all been very capable.
