READ THIS REVIEW VERY CAREFULLY. I have been with this place for almost two years and I had the worst experience overall. This is absolutely the worst dental office I have been to. Staff are very rude and hang up on you while you are speaking to them. Jessica, Maria, and Barbara are extremally rude and they are not professional at all. I did a filling and paid them $300 out of my pocket and the doctor did not do his job right. His name is Peter and he did such a terrible job which made the pain come back worst than ever before. I was promised by three people at this office that they will have me checked in with another dentist, but they broke up this promise and also refused to give me a refund. DO NOT EVER GO THERE. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

STAY AWAY, all people at this place are very rude and unprofessional. Very bad dentists who only care about patients money and not health. Jessica, Maria, and Barbara are so rude and they are not helpful at all. They only care about your money and not your satisfaction. Never go there

Don't go here and if you do make sure they tell your dental insurance about the treatment you need before giving it to you. I was charged twice because my insurance didn't cover the treatment and Great Expressions told me it did. The treatment is disastrous. If you complain because it hurts, they call you crazy and tell you it's your fault because you're so nervous. They told me this after injecting the fourth anesthesia. Yes, the dentist called me crazy. And when I called to ask for an explanation about the second bill, they told me that they didn't care if I came back or not, but that I had to pay. I'm reading around here that they tell us all the same thing and set us the same traps. They found me 7 cavities (how curious, like so many that I read around here) when I had never found one at most a few times throughout my life. They also overcharged me without notifying me beforehand. It is that there are many things. I have always been a person with excellent teeth. The dentist Pedro (Peter) did his job poorly, the hygienist did not remove all the tartar and the people at the reception are rude. I looked for another clinic and there are many. We should get several patients together and report them because we all had exactly the same problems. Be very careful those of you who go to this one.

Hygienist was great but assistant Bre was not thorough as she should have been. Missed MOST teeth polishing and applying fluoride. Didn't tell me not to swallow fluoride until to late. Plus was worried about her eyelashes. She wasn't very kind when I asked can I swallow now?, she said you might as well you've swallowed everything else. I will not have her work on me again.

Dr. Magazine is literally the best dentist I've ever had. All my life I've had anxieties with going to the dentist; not anymore. Dr. Magazine is so informative and understanding (I'm a tough patient in several ways) and I was never made to feel ashamed or othered by her or any of her staff.

The experience with the hygienist and her assistant was magnificent but I was supposed to see the dentist today as well. Instead, I sat in the chair for 45 minutes before anybody bothered to come and check to see if I need to be rescheduled. And both receptionists went to lunch at the same time and left the poor hygienist and her assistant doing all the coding and checking in patients. I loved this place when Dr. Foote was there but customer service at the Pinellas Park location has been in steady decline for the last 4-6 months.
