No one likes going to the dentist but this has been the worst experience I've ever had. The lack of information and empathy provided by Dr Rodenbostel and the staff has been a horrible experience. I haven't been able to chew on one side of my mouth in 2 months because of a filling I've had adjusted 5+ times. I don't trust them and would never go back.

The staff is so nice and always makes me feel comfortable. I can't remember the doctors name that has attended on me, but he is so nice and like I said, makes me feel comfortable in the office. My experiences have been great there !

At Great Expressions Dental, they have my records from 1998, have been in business for 24 years and have never had a complaint. Dr. Peter Rodenbostel and his staff are fantastic. They are very professional and friendly and care a lot about my dental needs. But unfortunately on my last visit I had one of the worst dental experiences with the new hygienist Jonathan Bandera, he was very aggressive causing pain, I have never had so much pain after a cleaning, pain that lasts for a week, Jonathan Bandera was also very careless with me it fills my mouth with water and drips from my face to my neck and splashes all over my hair. I loved having my teeth cleaned but this was a horrible and painful experience! Please Dr P Rodenbostel do something about this complaint Thank you for your attention.

Great customer service from the front desk to the doctor himself. I've been coming here for months and I've always received top notch service and my teeth have never looked or felt better! Highly recommended.

I'm not Roy James. I don't know why I kept getting info on this dental center. Additionally, I am a college freshman (18) I don't even know this place. I guess it's a great place but like.. I'm not Roy James-- whoever that is.

My cleaning with Jonathan was hilarious he is definitely a great addition to great expressions. I'm a new patient here anyway and he definitely made me feel at ease, he does great work with an even greater attitude. The entire staff that I've met this far including the dentist has been very kind.

Dr Kalsow and the staff at Great Expressions were wonderful. A professional and caring staff, they took their time to make sure that my dental surgery was a positive experience. Each step was explained clearly and my usual dental fears were resolved. As a medical professional, they answered my questions promptly and clearly. I recommend this office.

It was meh. I scheduled an exam and cleaning. The office was very nice. The exam and X rays went great. But at the end of the exam I said, "What about my cleaning?" They said, "We're not doing that today, you have to come back." Great! Another day I have to take off work that I didn't expect. Then I hated the wild disconnect between what the dentist said ("luckily this won't be expensive," "you just need to put out the fires," "you don't fill all these cavities at once, just do two or three of the worst ones") and what the lady who gave me the estimate said. I go up there and she first hands me a $167 estimate for my cleaning. No, my cleaning is free through my insurance (I called my insurance company after I left to verify this). Then she hands me a list of every single tooth with any minor cavity (seven teeth) and the work they want to do, with an estimate of $3,027 for fillings. The dentist literally just said "not expensive" lol. I said, "I just want to do the two worst cavities, like the dr. said." She said, "OK, which teeth." I said "I have no idea! The two worst ones. I'm not the dentist." Keep in mind, the paper she'd handed me was like reading a foreign language. I couldn't tell which teeth really needed attention from a jumble of numbers. She said, okay, they'll figure that out next time and tell you the cost then. LOL, like I'm actually coming back without knowing the cost. They really need to have the dentist there for this convo, or he should warn you. Meanwhile, I called my insurance and they said there were multiple codes (services they wanted to charge me for) on the estimate that should have been either free or with a lower copay than they'd listed as well. Did they even check my insurance to give me an accurate estimate? Seems like no. Very frustrating.

Hi, my name is Kevin. I want to first start off by saying that this office is a great place to find all your needs whether it be dental checkups, cleans, and x-rays. I would like to give a shoutout to the front desk receptionist named Anastasia if I'm not mistaken. She's extremely friendly and is always able to help you reschedule an appointment if needed. She has performed an overall great job. I would like to always shoutout a new dental hygienist named Johnathan who was very meticulous when it came to my cleaning. He was very friendly and gave funny stories and most importantly he educated me more about how our teeth works. He has a great personality and definitely a person you'd want to have as a hygienist. Overall, I would highly recommend this office to anyone who's looking for quality care and treatment in addition to having a great staff and friendly environment.

I finally found a dentist office that treats me with respect, honesty and just caring and friendly people. It's been a while since I've been able to afford to go to the dentist so really need some work done. They took ex-rays and explained everything in its entirety. The doctor came in, discussed my issues and took the time to explain what my options were but most importantly, made me feel comfortable. Definitely not out to just get your money-"Don't worry Cathy, we'll get you there!" Can't wait to get my smile back and I have confidence in this team! *Thank you Anastasia for the advice regarding my insurance plan!

First time at this location, was seeing an oral surgeon... waiting area a bit drab and "worn"... but was taken back within 15 mins of arrival, assistant got me ready for OS consultation, he arrived in a timely manner, answered all my questions and concerns. Was able to check out timely and am setting actual surgical procedure. So far all is great!!!
