Jessica is extremely rude. She called me on the same day of my appointment and said that the appointment has been cancelled without specifying a reason. She said she will help me get a refund if I remove my review which I have removed, and she never helped me get that refund. No one has the right to ask patients to remove their google reviews since these reviews are based on actual experiences at the place. I called her many times and she hung up the phone when I told her my name. Very bad experience. Do not ever go there.

This dental office is terrible and everyone there is rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Jessica was supposed to help my brother get a refund after the dentist did not do the filling right. She asked him to remove the review on google and he was very nice to her and removed that review. Then, she never got back to him and did nit help him solve the issue. She is very rude and unprofessional to the patients. She had no right to ask my brother to remove the review so she can help him it sounds like blackmailing. Stay away from them you will regret it

TWICE I took a half day of work off to go get my teeth checked, only to find out they decided to close the office. They don't answer the phone, they don't return your phone calls, there voicemail is full and they don't call to cancel or reschedule any appointments... What an outfit !

Absolutely Wonderful experience ... again! The Doctor and staff at this office are the best I've ever had (they have recently moved to this office and I followed them here). They are kind, gentle, and very skilled. What more is there to ask?

I called to schedule an appointment because this is the dental office my insurance assigned to me. I just wanted a general cleaning. She said the first appointment they require me to do a full checkup with X-rays. I explained that I'm currently pregnant and cannot do x-rays, she said "oh well we can't see you then if you're not willing to do the X-Rays". Wow. Some ethics trying to force a pregnant woman to get x rays.
