Just had my first visit and the people here are really nice and open. They're also fast and know what they're doing. When I told them it was my first dentist visit ever, they made sure to explain all the things they were doing and planning to do. A great visit, and can't wait for my next one.

Went in for a simple cleaning as covered under my insurance. This is a new HMO dentist. They refused to do the cleaning and now they want to charge me hundreds of dollars, for a deep cleaning. I had an HMO dentist recommend a deep cleaning a few years ago, but went to another non HMO dentist, who said my teeth were fine and didn't need that. I ended up in an HMO plan again, and now I need a deep cleaning?

So the young lady who took my x rays was exceptional!I truly enjoyed our interaction.Wonderful, professional, exceptional! The doctor was insulting, rude and unprofessional to say the least .If you want to be insulted, yelled at and discriminated while you pay to get an exam then go ahead and make an appointment with Dr Patricia Bachmann .If you have any self respect stay away from this mini Godess with false sense of superiority who thinks it's ok to insult you and completely dismiss you as a patient. She is a disgrace to her profession.

At first I had great hopes for this place. It was easy to setup an appointment and they were good at sending test reminders of day and time. We had 2 appointments, one for me and one for my wife. The front desk and staff were friendly. They accepted my insurance which was Freedom Health and my wife's which was Aetna. We made the appointment for a cleaning and X-rays. We get there and they got us both right in with very little delay. They did quite a few X-rays, more than I have ever had at one time before but I was thinking they were very thorough. So far, so good...After the X-rays they said I needed about $4500 worth of work done. They said I had multiple cavities and needed a crown and another crown repaired. WOW! I asked if that was after insurance and they said they had trouble verifying the insurance, that the insurance person was out but they would be back the next day and call me with an accurate quote. Mind you, I had no issues at all with y teeth, I just wanted a cleaning. My wife had the same thing, multiple cavities and needed crown work and again about $4500 worth of work. Imagine, going in for just a cleaning and coming out with a $10,000 bill?? Also, at every turn they were trying to get both of us to get teeth whitening, and a "super" cleaning, or something like that, some form of cleaning beyond the normal teeth cleaning, and also other non-essential or just cosmetic services. I waited a week and no one has yet to call with a corrected quote with the insurance.

Will not accept insurance although they have deducted dentist service the previous time. My insurance rep has to call Great Expression to let them know. My dental hygienist was good but heavy handed. My mouth was sore and I have to think twice to go back.

My experiences at this location has always been wonderful. There are small wait times and the staff is very pleasant yet professional. They always go over the details of what is being done and verify what my share of cost is.

(Translated by Google) I was a patient in the office in Sam's square, but unfortunately I cannot give a good opinion, the manager first told me that cleaning was not covered by my insurance, she did not even know how to pay for my treatment I had to pay $ 326 when my insurance covered 90 % of my deep cleaning, also they did not do a good job, there were stains on my feet, as of today I am waiting for my money to be reimbursed, the manager of this office needs a good training also in customer service was not the best, I was upset because I returned to the office to claim (Original) Era paciente de la oficina en la plazoleta de Sam's, pero desafortunadamente no puedo dar una buena opinion, la manager primero me dijo q la limpieza no era cubiertos por mi seguro, nisiquiera supo liquidar mi tratamiento tuve q pagar $326 cuando mi seguro cubria el 90% de mi deep cleaning, ademas ni me hicieron un buen trabajo quedaron manchas en mis siento, a la fecha de hoy estoy esperando q me reembolsen mi dinero, la manager ed esta oficina necesita un buen training tambien en customer service no fue el mejor, se molesto porque regrese a la oficina a reclamar

Don't let them bamboozle you into paying that $50 "1st appointment Goodwill fee" they will keep it even after telling you it's completely refunded the next appointment.. Blaming it on insurance. Well if that's the case, you lied because you said it was going to be completely refunded and it wasn't. Bad business practices..

WORST experience I have ever had in a dental office! Dentist was nor really helpful. Higenist made me wait 40 minutes past appointment time. Then my time in her chair felt like torture. She made me feel like I was going to drown. I will NEVER go back to this office.

As a new customer I called and asked for a cleaning, but when I got there they did X-rays and looked at my teeth, gave me an estimate of the work I needed done (which is just a cleaning) and I had to make another appointment. Upset cause this was not communicated and now I have to take another afternoon to go to the dentist. Also took 1.5 hours to do X-rays and "look at" my teeth. Overall nice, friendly just not very productive or good at communicating!
