I have had to return three different times to have my crown repaired that keeps falling off only to go back today and find out that it can't be put back on and then I'm getting sent somewhere that is not even covered by my insurance to get an implant so I definitely would not recommend great expressions in New Tampa to anyone

Called this office in advance to try to reschedule my daughter's appointment - they said they couldn't do it because they were all booked for 2 months ahead. Having no other choice, I kept the appointment and showed up at the scheduled time just to see the note on the door stating the office was closed for a whole week!!! No one even bothered to call and notify me or try to reschedule my appointment! I lost half of my work day due to their unprofessionalism. Will not be going back to this office and do not recommend!

Love my Great Expressions ladies, especially Ms.Holly & Ms.Keona. After coming here with a referral from my kids normal dentist, I almost immediately knew I wanted to continue coming here so I switched my kids from our normal dentist in Hernando County, where we live, to this particular Great Expressions location. A Well worth the drive !!

I have been a patient of GEDC for several years. My appointments always start on time and the greeting is friendly and professional. My Dental Hygienist Jamie is personable and exceptional at explaining my exam. She is professional and an expert in her trait. This office takes care of the whole family with no complaints.

All the staff are very friendly and professional, especially the receptionists and the hygienists. The facilities are always clean and tidy. I would like that they could attend at a later time that adjusts to work hours. I also wish there were lower costs.

Not one to leave reviews, but I hope no other parents have to feel how helpless I felt at this office. If you want to be present while your child is examined or even worked on, this is not the office for you. At one point I thought I heard my child scream, and asked the front desk to check on him. The lady came back and said he was finished and getting cleaned up. When my son came out he was crying and told me he never wanted to come back here. My heart dropped just seeing his face. He is traumatized and it hurts to not know what really happened back there. With all that being said, please go to a pediatric dentist who specializes in working with children and will make sure they are comfortable and allow the parents to supervise.
