I have gone to this office previously and it was good. In the last 8 months it has gone DOWN HILL! There is no hygienist and the receptionist had no interest in telling me when they might get a replacement. I was told "I'm sure another office will accept your insurance". I cant get in to the office to use my dental benefit because they have no staff! Very rude and unfriendly. Don't schedule any appointments here. Very disappointing.

I came in for a routine cleaning. The oral hygienist was rough during the X-ray exam and the cleaning procedure. Highly comfortable and aggressive compared to any other cleaning I've had. The actual dentist also had confidence breaking difficulties identifying and believing that I had a root canal done previously. I would not recommend scheduling an appointment here.

I gave a 1 star only because the staff other than the dentist herself was nice and seemed to kinda care. The dentist showed zero compassion, didn't seem to care that I'm in severe pain, and just wanted to pawn me off on someone else. I have a cracked tooth, I'm unable to eat, and I'm in severe pain. Apparently, this isn't an emergency. I didn't see a dentist for years (roughly 10yrs) because of dentist like her. She makes you feel like you don't matter and you're an inconvenience. This is probably the reason there was no patients other than me in the entire office. I would avoid this dentist if you can.

I gave this Dental center 2 stars and I'll gladly explain why... This is my second time coming here and both experiences were the same. I gave them a second chance to see if I caught them on a "bad day". The receptionist didnt give me a friendly, warm welcoming. Im not saying roll out the red carpet but at least acknowledge me when I walk in the door! The dental assistant (who ever cleaned my teeth) was rough and it seemed like she was in a rush. Overall not a good experience and I'll rather take my pearly whites somewhere im appreciated and not tolerated.

I thought they all were very accommodating and pleasant. I'm going to send my husband there bu no shots just gas for him. His teeth look disgusting and I am embarrassed by them. I hope he goes and has a pleasant experience like it did.

My fiance had his teeth removed and we were told he was getting permanent dentures. They put in snap ons instead and told us after the fact. The teeth that were made for the time being were terrible and crooked and the finals were just as bad. We were harassed about money owed when we paid ahead of time to get the Bottoms done before the top was completed and never went through. We lost over $2,000. It was the worst experience.

Dentist just didn't show up. The Dental assistant was rushing even thought they had no other patients. It was just a cleaning but was only in the chair for less than 5 minutes until she was saying you can schedule your next appointment at the counter. They she missed the whole left side with the fluoride. Was not a good experience and will be finding a new dentist.

Very friendly and prompt service. I thought the dental hygienist could have slowed down a little when polishing and flossing. She seemed aggressive...other than that , pretty solid.

The staff was terrible they tried to get me to do something other than what I came in for immediately and continue to try and sell other products the entire time I was in there their computers in their office didn't work their computers in their exam rooms didn't work to the point that I had to be changed exam rooms multiple times and their office staff didn't know how to schedule the next appointment I would go anywhere else. Seems that this is the worst dental experience I've ever had I will not be coming back and neither will my family

Was kind of disappointed last visit the hygienist was very quick and when I asked her if she was already done she said it was because I was doing a good job . She didn't floss like I normally get done when I'm there and I had X-rays done but did not see a dentist that day they are not in yet . They told me I wasn't do an exam ? I have always seen the dentist even at cleanings at least a brief visit . Would have liked to know what my X-rays showed ?
