The staff and oral surgeon were very friendly, however, the facility was dirty. The floors needed to be swept and mopped; and there was a dead roach in the corner of one of the exam rooms. They should make sure that the back rooms are just as clean, if not more clean, than the lobby. Very disappointed.

Great Expressions administrative foibles is how I know this is the bad place. They let you make an appointment online. Tell you it didn't go through. Let you make another one, even though the first one did go through. Then send you confirmations for both. They never pick up the phone and do not respond to contact form inquiries in a timely manner. But they do send you emails to confirm the appointments that say you have to call them within 48 hours of the appointment if you need to reschedule/cancel, but you can't get anyone on the phone. Even after going to the office to cancel the second appointment in person I still received voicemails trying to confirm the cancelled appointment hours and days later with no recourse to let them know I will not be coming for a repeat annual exam 2 days after the first one. All that said, the hygienists and doctors there are perfectly lovely. The administrative aspect just makes it incredibly frustrating. I will never go back.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My first appointment was scheduled for 4pm - at 4:45 I was still in the waiting room so I had to reschedule. My next appointment started 25 minutes late. I made my appointment for a dental cleaning. After 35 minutes of x-rays, I was told I had to schedule a subsequent appointment if I wanted a cleaning. This location is the definition of a "Corporate Dentist." On the subsequent visit for cleaning, which I declined, they were going to charge me $22 for irrigation during my cleaning. What's irrigation you ask? It's water they spray on your gums during the cleaning. Will absolutely not be returning, and I suggest you do not either.

Came to have crown replaced--waited 20 mins (Sorry to see Sydney go. He's one of the most patient-friendly staffpersons I've encountered. It's our loss).

Stay away: incompetence, laziness and bad faith borderline with fraud. After being their patient for over a decade, I ran out of excuses to give this outfit any more second chances. They abandoned my Invisalign treatment midway after they realized they made a mistake, living me looking like a hobo with a tooth missing. They didn't take any responsibility for the botched job and declined to issue a refund. $4K scheme, basically. They never return calls or emails, making any corrective actions virtually impossible.

I had an appt for 9/14 at 1pm. I called Tuesday morning at 8 am to see if I could get an earlier appt. The receptionist told me I could come in on Wednesday at 10:30 am. I arrived to my appt on time and was sitting in the waiting room for over an hour. I went to the front desk to see what was causing a delay. One of the women at the desk informed me that they only had me down for my original appt at 1. So basically they had me sitting in the waiting room for over an hour instead of informing me that my appt was never changed. I was livid!! In the end, the dentist was able to see me and she did an awesome job of repairing my filling but the lack of professionalism at the front desk put a poor taste in my mouth.

I recently had an appointment at this location. Due to my very busy work schedule it was my first time going to the dentist in a long while! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough with checking every issue I had with my teeth. Due to my specific case I had to have a root canal completed ASAP. Their office was booked until November but Lisa , the front desk attendant was super helpful with explaining my treatment plan and getting me scheduled with another location to complete my root canal as soon as less than a week! Thanks so much Lisa!

It's a love-hate relationship, excellent doctors and hygienist, administrative staff not so very much. You will wait sometimes for nothing I waited today 45 minutes for absolutely nothing just because he didn't see my paperwork on the desk that he wasn't at when I turned it in. That's annoying especially when every minute matters. So if you can get them to start on time good job otherwise be prepared to wait take the whole day off.

I have never experienced the level of incompetence and lack of care by a medical professional like I experienced with Dr. Carla Morales at this office. After almost 2 weeks I am still in pain.... I paid $1300 for this!! It almost as though it's normal for a person to be unable lay in any position to sleep without EXCRUCIATING pain.

I gave this company 3 stars because although it took longer (a few weeks) than I expected for my complaint to be resolved, it has been resolved. Thank you Crystal for your assistance today in resolving the matter. Great up to date equipment and friendly service @Piedmont location. To the Oral Dentist (Specialist) I saw @Midtown location (won't say his name because issue now resolved), CARE about your patients! Its your profession! People depend on you to take care and HELP them with their medical/dental needs! Don't dismiss them!

Clean facility. Employees are Professional, and polite. The Dental Assistant, Hygientist, and Dentist were all very knowledgeable and thorough. They exercised an abundance of cleaning techniques and sanitizing throughout my entire visit. The receptionist was patient and polite as I strategized to schedule my next appointment, and prepare to pay for treatments. Thank You All. It was all very much worth the commute to your location.

Dr. Yolanda Moore and her staff were again very friendly and professional. Dr. Moore performed full mouth deep cleaning and periodontal surgery to remove otherwise unreachable tartar under my gum above a crown. She and her team did a wonderful job, . I highly recommend Dr. Moore and look forward to continued periodontal care from her.
