Everything was fine when it comes to the work done, but they failed to tell me that I have a $100 deductible after indicating, in writing, that there would be no charge...

1. Two days back I had updated medical history and meds and during the visit today, they were not updated. 2. When My account has a credit balance, it is not automatically applied to the balance due during the next visit. 3. Staff and doctor are courteous and friendly.

Watch out for unnecessary (they claim required) services, overcharges, and insurance adjustments. For the few visits I went here, I always had an "adjustment" and owed additional money. I've never had that happen to me consistently like it was happening here. I've since been going to another dentist and have not once got an adjustment after the initial co-pay. They are either hustling people or are incompetent with insurance billing. I am glad I caught them when I did. Won't go back here again.

I'll miss Dr Haddad, however, Dr Jessica is the only one I vouch for in this place. She was so wonderful. She pulled a tooth for me today and this was the first time ever going to the Dentist and not feeling pain. OMG, Dr Jessica is my savior. (KSK)

I can truly say that every single employee shared exceptional kindness, caring and professional customer service. I love calendars and I asked for a Great Expressions calendar that displays on the counter, Staff/management heard me and went to the back and gave me a calendar. Receiving the calendar made my day. It's the little things. Now, I pray that whatever this white dot is on my tongue turns out to be nothing. We shall see soon. Thank you! calendar they display on the counter. So I had a cleaning done in April and the hygienist noticed my tooth was chipped. I told her i was aware and am thinking to get it taken care of soon. The doctor came in and looked at it as well and told me they can put a filing there. To call back when I'm ready for a filing. Great. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist apparently put me in as a emergency visit. I guess emergency means consult. So when I arrive I had to wait about a half hour 45 minutes until the doctor came in. Fine, i understand places are short on help. The doctor had remembered me. Told them to take xrays and give me the price. They come back to tell me to set up my appointment for the filing. I was under the impression since the doctor already documented my tooth was chipped it could be taken care of that day. I originally had an appointment on a Saturday since it works better with my work schedule. They had to cancel me last minute and didn't have anything available but Monday at 4pm. So I went to work Monday morning re arranging my schedule so I could make this appointment, since they told me they could not get me in until 3 weeks from now. And To find out I had to come back to get it fixed. I was so upset. Oh but they took my xrays, they had time to do that! I know it wasn't the hygienist fault and I feel bad I got mad at her. But I work in Healthcare too and it was hard for me to leave to get there. Also, when my front desk makes mistakes I always have to accommodate! There is no patient care anymore these days! I would of liked someone to tell me it was a consult only. But I already had one back it April, and it was documented. So now I have to make arrangements to go back to get my tooth fixed. Very upsetting.

This is the worst...I mean worst dental institution I've dealt with. Every time me and my husband schedule an appointment they need to reschedule or try to get us to come in earlier than what we scheduled like if we had a earlier time we could come in we would. Then they set me an appointment to get some teeth extracted finally... oh bit when I get there for my appointment guess what I wasted my gas because the doctor that does this extraction only works on certain days... so they reschedule my appointment again for a week later. You could have called me and rescheduled me instead of making me waste my time and gas. I really hope they do good work cause I'm stuck with this insurance for 2 years.
