I didn't want to add any star but I am just not feeling confident about this place. My daughter started treatment and it is just not kids friendly. The fact that you are not allowed inside the treatment room with a minor is very scary and after they have complete what they are doing, no update is given. You are not allowed inside yet so one says anything regarding progress of the treatment. My daughters they don't even greet her. They just get right to work and that's it. If you are not allowing parents to sit in with a minor then the least you can do is be polite and friendly. Don't you guys see how terrible the reviews are online?

The worst dental office. My daughter has her braces done here and it's awful. The staff are unprofessional and talk about customers. I can't wait until she is done with her braces so she won't have to go to this trash dentist anymore.

They wanted to charge 4000 for a treatment, additionally I paid a percentage of my money, they misdiagnosed my 5-year-old daughter on two occasions, because of them my daughter lost two molars, one of them due to a badly placed crown and an infection caused by this. additionally they wanted to do things that they would not need on her other teeth, the worst place stay away

A simple small cavity and my child's front ADULT TOOTH TURNED BLACK! We recently switched from another dentist and my kids absolutely hated this place. They wouldn't let me go back, which I was okay with but when my kids came out, my middle child was almost in tears saying the lady was so mean to him because he doesn't brush his teeth good enough. I brushed it off and figured they just needed to adjust. When I called to schedule an appointment because I noticed the tooth where the cavity was filled was starting to turn grey, My son freaked out and said he wouldn't go unless I came back with him (red flag ) so I asked the lady nicely if they could accommodate because he wasn't comfortable. She said NO and if this doesn't work for you, you need to find somewhere else that can accommodate you needs. Needless to say we will not be going back my son is only 10 and should not have to go back without an adult. My 14 year old who doesn't even like the 10 year old was saying that she could hear how mean the lady was being to him and it was uncalled for.

I brought my daughter in who is asd with sensory integration. She panicked when it came time to use the electric toothbrush. They denied her a goodie bag due to not being able to finish her cleaning. So good to know this place has no problem punishing children with disabilities for not being able to finish the cleaning. She has used this dentist office for years they have it in their records of her disabilities, and now I have to find a new one that can accommodate her.

Used to be a decent place years ago under a different name. Then one year the name changed and they jacked up all the prices, so I left.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! worst terrifying mistake i ever made. They do procedures to their teeth and give you wrong information. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE AT ALL! always take them to a dentist that allows you to be in the room with your child.

Receptionist was very rude. Got an attitude with me and hung up after I told her I don't need the number for another office.

I am on the fence on whether to make this my daughters primary doctors office or not. My daughter mentioned she was treated fairly (although bumbed out she didnt get a sticker), but as a parent i was very uncomfortable with the receptionist that explained my plan. In trying to explain the "extra" procedures they wanted to complete on my daughter in less than 1 breath, she seemed rushed and ready to get on with the next person. When I asked a questioned she seemed annoyed by the fact that i would even ask a question. I advised i didnt have the amount they were request from me for these additional procedure and at no point did they give me options or recommendations on what to prioritize the procedures. Note to office staff: This is my first time coming to your office, i am sorry if you have answered these types of questions a million times before but this is the first time I ask the question. Be patient with people who want to know the reason they are spending the amount of money you are asking for.

My son had staining on his teeth with cavities. He also grinds his teeth. We brought up the issues to the dentist. Were told by dentist that this is fine. Despite our senses, we decided to listen to the dentist. Half a year later, we are told he has 3 cavities and they set an appointment for filling 3 months later. My wife who took my son to the office was disrespected when she questioned these decisions. I am a healthcare provider. This kind of disregard for patient's healthcare is absolutely appalling and abominable. By 3 months my son may even need a root canal. I understand the office is busy. But you are giving false reassurance and delaying care. To the dentist: I sincerely wish you re-evaluate your mindset. People depend on you. They trust you. But you gave up on your patients, and more importantly you gave up on the true reason why you should practice dentistry. Despite that, people will still come to you and depend on you for care. That thought is sickening. I sincerely hope you change and bring goodness back into your profession.
