Thank u for the worst experience and for making me even more terrified of dentists. Rude and clearly didn't care how the patent felt at all. Never ever will be back to your location. No wonder your location is never busy and the others are.

Unprofessional staff. The office is staffed by women who will ask for nothing but money from your wallet. I advise you not to go here.

My experience with Great Expressions Dental was absolutely amazing!! I went in for an exam and deep cleaning and was blown away by the service I received. The office manger was super super friendly and very knowledgeable. The Doctor was phenomenal and very gentle. The hygienist was amazing! The whole staff treated my family and I like we were family! I have recommended GED to all of my friends and colleagues! By far the best dental office in the area and I will make sure they get the recognition that they need!!

Do not go here unless you want to be judged in the back by the Dentist and Hygienist. They talk trash about their patients! Does not care about you, only your wallet. Find another location! Be careful!!!

I had an amazing experience at the denton office. Emily greeted me at the counter and was very professional. They took all precautionary measures that was needed to insure my safety during this pandemic. They got me in on time and my procedure was done in a very efficient manner. I love that office and will return for all my dental procedures.

I reached out to Dr. Lyttle to get a second opinion after I went to a dentist 5 minutes from my North Fort Worth home because I had not seen a dentist in years. The original dentist (Silver Sage in Fort Worth - I left a review for them too) told me I needed an extraction that day, even though I had very little pain. Dr. Lyttle looked at my xrays and said she thought that was a very aggressive prognosis. She solved my tooth problem with a root canal and crown, saving us THOUSANDS. It is unfortunate there aren't more dentists out there like Dr. Lyttle. It's clear she cares about her patients and her practice. She's very gentle and honest and her hygienists, assistants and office staff are amazing too! Thanks Great Expressions Denton!

I came as a new patient with a postcard promising free whitening after exam and cleaning. Had the exam, was pushed into expensive deep cleaning. Returned for follow-up with the hygienist, needed fillings and my in-office whitening. The appointment was scheduled with enough time for these three things to occur. I was excited about it and confirmed ... like a year end 2020 gift, and a reward to look forward to after my fillings were replaced. I talked with the hygienist and the receptionist. It was clearly understood. However, instead of the promised service, they offered me little take home trays and 2 tubes of whitening gel, stating they never promised in-house whitening, I must have misunderstood. The postcard IS ambiguous beyond $179 value. NO take home trays with a tube of gel is $179. At my previous dentist trays and whitening gel was always included with cleaning. A free service. To top it off, I was overcharged. Their handling of Insurance was a total mess-up, and I sat in the waiting room a long time because they couldn't figure out how to fix it. I had to point out the error. If I had not REALLY asked for an itemized bill, reviewed it carefully, and challenged it, they would have kept my money. I was charged more than $380+ above what my bill should have been. That is a pretty big clerical error. I asked to review the bill from my first visit and learned I was overcharged then as well. Being overcharged was repeated on both visits. (While waiting for my appointment, there was another patient on the phone questioning her benefits and bill which I didn't think much of at the time, but it carries greater weight after my experience.) To their credit before I left, they reversed today's charge to my card, and we will wait to see how long until I am refunded for the credit due from November's visit. I was a new patient. The postcard offer was meant to gain my business and it worked. I gave them a try. But they have lost my trust, shifting blame around the office to people who no longer work there, were at a different location today, to being brand new, to whatever. Lots of excuses. Zero accountability. Unprofessional. A total lack of integrity. Intentionally misleading bait-and-switch advertising. Failure to deliver on promises. Failure to handle billing and insurance competently. Overall, it was a terrible customer experience. (Not to mention I felt pretty bullied into deep cleaning with numbing and antibiotics on visit #1 and was recommended to get a $250 bite guard made which I passed on.) Felt like upselling rather than patient care. I will not return ... neither will I bring the rest of my family who moved to Denton with me. In fact, I may continue driving back to Keller to Dr. Sunderland at North Beach Dental where we were pleased patients for a decade. Trust may be worth the inconvenience. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. The dentist is great. Kind. Competent. Replaced my cracked fillings and did a great job The practice, however, is terrible.

After years of having dental anxiety, and never feeling comfortable, I have finally found a place that makes me feel great! The doctor and hygienist were both very personable, and very supportive towards me during my appointment. Only 3 more months until I get to see them again! I recommend everyone comes here.
