Was a waste of time they couldn't fix it, because they didn't have the proper equipment. Then was told that they were having it brought from another office that they didn't know when it would get there. So they told me they would call me to set up an appointment to fix the issue. That's was on Tuesday. On Thursday I had not heard from them so I called and was told that they would call me back when they had the equipment? It's Friday 12pm and I still have not heard from them!! I paid a lot of money for my teeth to be done right and now I have to put up with the struggles bad service.

If all you want is to have your teeth cleaned maybe?. I spoke with front desk person older lady in September 19th to set appointment for broken tooth. and was told earliest time October 26th at 3:00 p.m. was told to get orajel. Soooo on Oct 26 went 2 and a half hours to location was told they did not have me down for anything, was told to have my regular dentist set up and to fill out papper work. While filling out I asked when next time was open and was told November 9th then the LADY ask what was I there for I said A Broken front tooth and pointe to my tooth in front WOW you can't see ? Then was ask if it hurt. I said yes cold drink or air or if I chew ... WOW I was getting to the point I was talking like her. Rolling her eyes. Then said they do not extract teeth. I said I told you this in Sept And Now Oct. So why do you want me to come back in November!!! I was told that Maybe I was not the right fix for them. At that point I said why waste peoples time with them if they can't Preform services to be in that field of work? I left for 1 minute then went back in to get a location Business card so I would Know where NOT to come back to for anything.... I told the LADY I know I spoke with her because I recognized her voice and the way she worded her words. After that I Talked to Another Office person who said her name was Tammy Told her thanks I would not need to use their dentist office !! what a waist ! and ask about expressions ! Older lady was still rolling her eye SOOOO Don't go there if you have a broken tooth.

They are very attentive to your needs and wants..they all was positive and friendly..they all explained everything to me and I appreciate it. * sorry, I had to take away some stars not because of the doctor, his assistant or the hygienist. It's for the women that sit at the front desk. They are rude and instead of helping the patients as they should they give bad attitudes and their body language shows that they actually does not want to be bothered.

The receptionist was very rude and raised her voice at me on the phone and then continue to hang up the phone because I said no when I wasn't even talking to her! So I go in to continue to schedule my appointment and the dentist behind the counter got very rude and threaten to call police !! TWO KARENS! They were racist and rude!

My experience dealing with Laila was the worst I've had dealing with any dentist. She was very condescending and told me after I questioned her if she's the manager that she runs there. While the dental assistant Fran and the dentist (German lady) were super nice I have decided to find another dentist. I can't bring myself to pay for services after such terrible interaction with this lady.

I've been to lehigh amd pelican preserve locations. They never follow up and call back, change dentist too much, dr. Chawla, pearlstein, khetan, German lady?, older gentleman, etc. and only care about money. I received the same bill multiple times. I paid the bill twice over 6 months, and i still continued to get another for same services rendered. Jessica is worst person behind counter i have ever dealt. Once they feel you are about out of money and or need to save for any kind of procedures they just dont bother with you any more.. I tried following back up with them and never got any return calls.. do yourself a favor and find someplace that actually wants your business and cares even just slightly.
