Do not make an appointment here! Poor customer service! I tried to explain my daughter's situation on the phone at 2pm to a receptionist, since I had a meeting at 2:30. My wife doesn't speak English well. Our paperwork referred to another dentist that didn't accept our insurance but Great Expressions did. I was looking forward to getting a braces quote next week for Ortho. Then I would get new insurance from January, in less than 3 months. The confusion was too much for the receptionist. She yelled at me on my wife's phone and hung up her phone without asking. Then angrily told my wife that her husband was rude. My wife asked for a sick note and was given a note saying she was there from 2-2:25pm. My wife and daughter had to drive 40 minutes to get there too. I communicated my daughter's needs a week earlier by email to the same person that exploded on me. They will try to charge you for cancelling an appointment.

This place is not recommend. Sonya(office parson) is SO RUDE. I am not gonna come back here ever.

My appointment with Dr. Johnson was very good. This doctor is very patient , professional and very knowledgeable. He takes his time to explain his procedure and his very gentle.

Great expression is a very good dental office. Latoya- one of the customer service agents, was very professional, courteous, and patient. I spoke with 3 different CS agents trying to schedule my daughter for an appointment, they kept telling me my account had problems and they couldn't help. Latoya was able to resolve the problem! She is very knowledgeable.

I made appointment with all details of my daughter's and insurance and had referral later from other doctor and when I had gone on appointment day after too much paperwork she said me you have to go in other location (that is 35 miles away from here) make appointment there because our doctor isn't working with this insurance here. I got off work, they wasted my time but did nothing.

I take my son here and he is never afraid to come to the dentist. The staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable.

The location is very welcoming and the staff is amazing! You do not wait long to be looked at and the doctor is always very friendly. Ms.Carla always welcome you with a smile and helps you with any concerns that you may have.

Never take your kids to this place if you want them to be safe. Very unprofessional and rude. If you have payment plan they send you a bill without showing how much was the balance and how much is remaining after you make the payment. Keep your receipts after you make payment otherwise they may over charge you, I'll just say just don't go to these people

Let me start with Cindy, she was very rude and unprofessional, she hanged up on me when I was trying to make some inquiries about why they were charging me so much for a deep cleaning $700 (Out of my pocket) I asked them to explain to me what they were charging me for; and it didn't make any sence. They were trying to charge me some Arestin 6 times in my deep cleaning process ( that my insurance didn't cover ) I asked for my records so I can go somewhere else. Cindy didn't want to give me my records and that's when she hanged up on me. I was never rude to her in any way. I went somewhere else, and they were so understandable, they explained to me that I didn't need a deep cleaning, that it was no neccessary. Even the total amount for my cavities was more than the total they charged in my new dentist. I can't believe these people where trying to get that much money from me. Don't let them scam you! I'm glad I went somewhere else. Really bad customer service, the Doctor is no a likable person neither.

Very satisfied with the Dental work preformed by Dr. Nguyen. Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable in the field of Dentristy and he knows what he is doing. Paula, his Dental assistant is awesome. Paula is very professional and is great with patients. Shatari is so sweet and has great customer service. Everyone is very educated in their field and they all have great personallities.

I'm using Invisalign and I love the dentist. He's pleasant and very thorough in his explanations. The staff are easy to work with and I've had a great overall experience.

I recently moved to GA and needed a dentist and my insurance allows for me to go to Great Expressions. I didn't know which dentist to go to so I asked for someone nice and was assigned to Dr. Nasim Rahimi. She is lovely.....she's a very kind, gentle and capable dentist. She fixed 2 teeth of mine that had been causing me pain for a long time. The work was done over 2 weeks ago and I waited to do this review until I knew I was satisfied with the work done. I am beyond satisfied and am so thankful to have found Dr. Rahimi. Everyone I've met at this location is very nice.

This facility's staff are beyond exceptionally GREAT. I have Never had such a great experience with any other dentists. Nicole at the front desk will serve you with a polite smile and great financing. Dr. Rahimi was the most professional and excellent dentist I've ever delt with. She was Gentle and efficient. I kept waiting for pain that never came. Janet the hygienist was a complete joy to have working on my teeth. I was so relaxed during an extraction that i was almost ready to nap. These guys are my new favorite dental practice. They will be yours too!!!
