This office is amazing. Took such good care of me and put me on a perfect plan that works for me. Asha was very informative and good at her job. I will make this my dental care place from now on. Dr. Made me very comfortable as well. Thank you! Leslie

Not a good place to go to have dental service. I went in for a crown. They do not answer phone calls and return voicemails after 6 weeks w a temporary crown. My crown mold was lost so my case was sent to another office to finish what this office couldn't perform.

I went there for YEARS with no problems. Then it was horrible and no apologies. I went to an appointment and the office was closed, but no one had called to tell me to reschedule. When I called to find out why the door was locked and the office closed, the woman whom the call was redirected to said, "All the customers that mattered were called and informed yesterday." I called the phone number I was given for "patient services" to complain to the branch manager, but no one ever returned my call. I contacted the company using the web site to complain and no one ever replied there either. Like a fool, I thought to give them another chance, so I rescheduled. I ended up rescheduling multiple times dreading going. When I finally went again, THEY WERE CLOSED AGAIN WHEN I GOT THERE. I called the Pinellas Park location and the woman there was actually nice and said the Largo location closes all the time and never has a dentist onsite (and only has 1 hygienist). She rescheduled my appointment for Pinellas Park instead. I told her about my horrible experiences with the Largo location. She said she was notating my account in detail and that I would have good experiences in the future. If someone responds to this review telling me to contact them via email, I do not believe any email I send would actually be responded to.

Omar did a thorough and professional job cleaning my teeth, including an examination of my gums and fluoride treatment. My smile is always brighter and healthier after my visit. And, he took me even though I was very late!

I am actually a patient of the Bellair Bluffs branch but since the hygienist was sick today, they cancelled on me and since I am 38 weeks pregnant, I wanted the cleaning done as soon as possible so they offered me to go to the Largo branch. The hygienist took 9 minutes to clean my teeth, not checking my gums, no flossing and when I asked if that was it, he said he didn't want me to lay on my back for too long, which I was totally fine with. After reading the reviews, I figured that he did the same thing to others which is unacceptable, especially how important is teeth cleaning for a pregnant woman. I need them to give me a decent teeth cleaning before my due date, which is in 2 weeks.

I don't normally write reviews but I would not recommend this particular great expressions in Largo. I went for an appt 2 weeks ago and was in and out in 15 mins. He never checked for cavities and did not floss. My husband went in today for a cleaning and he was in and out within 10 mins. No cavity check, cleaning was maybe 3 mins and no floss. My husband told him he had sensitive teeth on the bottom and he (the hygienist) was rough and hurt his teeth. I called to complain and all I got was "well he's the hygienist who will be here doing the work." I canceled my future appt and will find a new one.

I just literally had one of the worst dental cleaning experiences of my life. The dental hygienist literally cleaned my teeth in 10 minutes. How in the world do you do a proper cleaning in 10 minutes? He picked around for a few minutes then used some sort of cleaning tool that was extremely painful and then threw some polish on my teeth and said I was done after 15 minutes?. He took no measurements of my gums there is no flossing involved. It was almost as if he was getting paid by the number of cleanings he did for the day and was trying to get through as many as possible. I will no longer be visiting this dental establishment.

I don't even know enough words of praise for the Largo facility. Rayliz at the check in went out of her way to help with the insurance. D.r Devole was So comforting and attentive. He went over each x-ray to explain the best way to do the best work. Working through the insurance. I had three crowns today and two fillings. His assistant was great too. It was almost painless not bad coming from a cry baby.i I have never enjoyed dentist but the Doctor and staff are amazing!.I recommend them over any others. Saying a lot being 71yrs old. My sincere THANk you to all at the Largo office.i have completed all of my dental work as of june 7. I trust all thier care and Trust Rayliz for helping make my decisions. Went here for an initial exam after not going to the dentist for a while now that I have insurance. I was checked on by the dentist who poked around in my mouth for 30 seconds, said I had no cavities and told me I was going to need to get a deep cleaning and it's going to hurt. Was told it would cost nearly 600 dollars just for the deep cleanings. Something felt extremely off about this place and the price. Went to a different dentist the next week within my insurance. They did a way more thorough exam let me know I had two small cavities informed me I had bone loss quite clearly (expressions told me I didn't). Everything was explained to me clearly at this other dentist and everything including deep cleanings (which didn't hurt), 2 fillings, and the exam cost about $350, both fillings and cleanings were completed within the same week I went, expressions was going to have me come back two weeks later. Safe to say I will never be going back to "great" expressions again. I'm not usually the type to leave a review but I kept receiving texts from great expressions so I went ahead and gave them they're review.
