I used this dentist for about 10 years. The front desk did a good job. The hygienists are friendly and mixed skill levels but seem a bit rushed. The real issue is the dentists. The dentists are low on experience and leave as soon as they build a little experience. I had about 5 dentists, so each lasted about 2 years. In the end, I left because the new dentist lacked the needed skill and pushed me to crown 2 teeth that didn't need it. My wife was smarter and got a 2nd opinion avoiding the unnecessary dental work. The needed skill part I described earlier refers to several parts of my crown. The temporary fell off while eating soup. I asked them about putting it back on and they said it was not necessary. My gums were so inflamed by the time the crown was ready, the crown wouldn't fit. They smashed it on anyway, trapping part of my gums in the bond line. They was painful for 6 months until the crown fell off. Also the crown never fit right. They tried for 2 hours the first day and 45 minutes the 2nd attempt but couldn't get my bite right.

Doctor was really nice and even found an issue with my son's teeth that our dentist had missed, but the communication with this office is horrible. 2 times now they have failed to call me to notify me of changes in the office. 1 time it was the Doctor wasn't going to be in the office when we had a scheduled appointment. This last time they again "missed us" when notifying patients that the current doctor had left and they don't have one. So I drove 40 minutes round trip for nothing. I will be looking for another orthodontist office because I can't keep driving out of my way and have appointments canceled. If other patients got notified that's great but for some reason I keep getting "oh I went through the appointment book to try to catch everyone and must have missed you" Done dealing with this.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I recently had some fillings done, and the whole experience was awful. I had explained very carefully that I had not been to the dentist in decades, and I was treated like an inconvenience and shamed. I had asked to be informed of everything they were doing since I was nervous, and the only times the doctor talked to me was to complain that I was too sensitive and bleeding too much. She proceeded to talk about how she was sick with another coworker, but she'd had a PCR test done so she knew it wasn't covid so she was at work anyway. The office staff was kind, but the dentist was just mean. I was supposed to go back for more work, but after that traumatizing experience I'd rather my teeth just fall out. Thanks for nothing.

I love great expressions on jolly. But the company you have that makes dentures suck. Had to send in top dentures they split in half well they lost on of the half didn't let anyone one know. Was supposed to send one pair I could wear home today and the other one for a final fitting they didn't send two only one the one for final fitting. The dentist even talked to them twice supposedly every thing was set in stone. To me I think there should be a better reliable company looked in to. I'm not the only one that's complained about them. They sucks with no communication and they don't listen.

I have used Great expressions most of my life without any issues. I have never had anything but cleanings and minor cavities filled through the years. I recently have run into issue after issue, asked for referral to an endodontist to be told " sensitivity is normal" and no referral made. Only to have to do my own research into an endodontist and a root canal was required. As patients we rely on our primary doctors and dentists to advocate for us, and sadly I don't think that is happening here. I realllllly love the staff. I think Consuela is awesome. I just don't feel secure there anymore.

My first hygienist and the doctor were nice enough but the last hygienist who had to take a mold of my teeth foe a mouth guard and did my fluoride treatment was extremely rushed and very rough with me. She did not communicate or tell me in advance anything she was going to do. After the impression I asked her if all the little pieces of the impression material were going to stay in my teeth, she spent 2 minutes roughly picking it out and then told me it would come out eventually. They sent me home with pieces of molding all over my lips, face, beard and chunks of it falling from my teeth into my mouth. I had to brush and floss when I got home just so I could function and therefore I essentially washed the fluoride treatment I paid for out of pocket.
