Unbelievably unprofessional and rude!! I took a day off work and my 6 years old child off school to bring him to his dentist appointment for a filling. As soon as he moved, they called me to speak with him, poor boy dared to move again and they refused to take care of him. Literally my son was calm and wanted to do it. He just said "I'm sorry I'm trying my best to not move but it's difficult", I asked to try one more time because we took the day off for this and they couldn't care less. I asked to stay in the room to hold his hand, thet left the room "See you in 6months" leaving my son with his problem. And you are supposed to be specialized in CHILDREN DENTISTRY?? Where is the patience and the love? UNACCEPTABLE!!

I'm always traumatized by the thought of a dentist visit. But by the time I left my discomfort level had decreased significantly. My hope is restored to the point that I'm confident they will bring a smile back to my face.

My appointment went well as it was my first time to go there. I feel I was greeted and attended to professionally. Upon my next appointment for actual treatment I'll have a better opinion! All I can say now is that GREAT EXPRESSIONS truly are professionaly staffed.Best dentist I've been to in many years.

My kids and I love our Heath road pediatric dental office. The ladies here are incredible. When I call for appointments they are very kind and professional. In office, they are warm and welcoming. We have been going here now for 2 years and I can't see us going anywhere else Dr. Nora is excellent. She is very thorough and kind. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a great dental practice to take your children too. I just wish they also treated adults!!

Today me and my 3 children were kicked out due to not following the rules as the front desk lady explained. This place requires face mask while nowhere in the city there is any mandate or state of emergency. I asked if I can be without a mask since I am pregnant and need to breath freely. I was not allowed so i put it on anyway because I didn't want to leave my kids alone. They all wore the masks from the beginnig. While filling out the papers, I ,took it off for a second to have a drink, in return the doctor came out and said to me to put it back on. I did, put it back on. The next thing they called me to the front desk and said that we can not be seen here again. I asked to explain why, there was one reason "You didn't obey the rules". This is the worst discrimination I have ever received in medical places. The hate is in the air as soon as you step in. My kids were shocked and hurt as well. I took time work to bring them for the appointment, they had to leave school early, and in return we were treated like dogs. Worst pediatric place, and I am glad we won't go there again

My son fell down and injured one of his permanent front teeth. I have been trying to get ahold of someone in this office ALL week. I have also left multiple voicemails, and have not received a call back. His tooth has now broken off. Something that could have probably been prevented if you simply picked up your phone or called me back!

Great people here! The office is clean, the woman at the front desk was very sweet, and my dentist popped into the waiting room on the dot to get me taken care of.

Be aware! Very unprofessional dentist office for children. Front Office Manager is very unprofessional rude and lazy. I hope she's really not the manager if so she represents the office very poorly. Literally on the phone with the insurance company inside the office, referral sent over child treatment. Incompetent office don't care about the well being of children needs and clearly not their job. And just to think was going to let them operate in my child's mouth. Bad sign and bad business. CMS will be contacted on behalf of this. Will be changing dentist asap with added complaint.

Today was not the best day. I waited 40 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment. This was my first cleaning here and it was rather quick and not my usual cleaning like at my other dental office. And no goodie bag with toothbrush, floss. I still like the office.

The lady at the front desk with bob and the glasses has the nastiest attitude I have ever encountered from a dentist office. She is veryyyy nice-nasty. She will talk to you like you are dumb. Dont let her get to you! She will meet her match one day. The whole atmosphere is unwelcoming just from the desk staff alone. Corporate will be contacted.

This will be our last visit. We were exactly 5 minutes late. Checked us in, filled out papers and then receptionist says the doctor refuses to see my son. What!? We've had to wait waaay longer than that for her. Then to say you don't have a late policy. It's always something with this place. This is the third appointment that has been given an "excuse" to cancel our visit, the other appointments we were not late, then the next appointment is over a month to reschedule. It's rude and unprofessional. Dr. Nofallah has a condescending manner and she does not care about patients and the staff is sometimey. I believe they treat people this way because the majority of patients have state insurance and Great Expressions are one of the very few pediatric dentists that accept it. It shouldn't be this way. It's wrong how they treat people, but they know there's not much parents/patients can do but complain and they don't care about complaints. Take heed to the other reviews. We will not be rescheduling. I do not recommend. Find somewhere else.
