WORST EXPERIENCE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I called to make an appointment I asked if I could come into the room with my 4 year old as he had autism spectrum behavior and it would be his first visit. When I got there they didn't let me in saying he was over 3 years old. But I had called before just to make sure and they confirmed on the phone that I could come in. I explained that my son doesn't have communication, that he doesn't speak, that it would be a new experience for him and that he would be scared. But the maneger was not at all understanding. How can a mother not come in with her 4-year-old autistic son? It makes no sense. My son does speech therapy, occupational therapy, he goes to different clinics and I was never forbidden to stay in the room with him, especially on the first visit. The manager, who was pregnant, did not have the sensitivity to understand that it was a different case, nor the possibility that, at least in the first appointment, she would let me in. When they called my son, he obviously didn't want to go in and was hiding behind me scared not understanding anything. We left without my son being seen by the dentist. The worst place!

Doctor refused to see me unless I got 2 sets of xrays and one wasn't covered by insurance of course. No other dentist has ever made me get a panorama xray. Therefore I walked out to find a more trustworthy doctor not trying to make me pay out of pocket. Front office staff was nice .

The Carillon Parkway location that I have been to twice now is always a good experience. If going to the dentist can be considered a good experience. Everyone in the office from the front desk staff to the Dr ( Dr. Jake Ma ) to the dental hygienists -- have been fabulous to me. I would recommend this office to everyone if you need dental care. The office seems to be like a family environment. From what I have seen everyone gets along with one another and they make the visit relaxing and enjoyable. Again- the dentist office isn't typically something you would think of as being enjoyable. But they make it at least pleasant to be there. I hate going to the dentist like everyone else - BUT it helps to have employees in the office that act like they want to be there and enjoy doing what they are doing. A+. Highly recommended.

Appointment was rescheduled 4 times. Showed up to appointment on time and waited over an hour to be taken into office. Oral hygienist chipped my tooth while being very forceful with sharp tool. Will be my last visit here.

RUN AWAY! The dentist said my 4 year old had to get her two front teeth pulled because she was in a lot of pain from NERVE DAMAGE that will not go away. We were scheduled to come back after a week however she prescribed some antibiotics which helped my daughter and she's in no more pain. I wish I remembered the name, however she was a little chubby Caucasian dentist. BEWARE!

Around April or May 2021 I went in to find out how Invisalign worked and how much it was cost. They gave me the wrong quote but at the time I didn't know that. I gave my deposit and in two weeks went in for the attachments and trays. A week after that I get a phone call stating that they gave me the wrong quote. My price was going to double. After a few phone calls they honored the price they quoted me realizing it was there mistake. As the month went on I was billed the full amount. A little over $1000 more than the quote. Every visit I asked to speak with someone but they were never available. I called once a month since last May and I received about 3 call backs. For almost 8 months no one could give me a clear answer and no one even bothered helping me. The Dentist himself wouldn't help. He said, I don't deal with billing. I have to complete my Invisalign treatment but I will never walk in to any Great Expressions office.

As long as they keep the same dentist, Dr. Ma, this place is amazing. Best dentist I've ever had. The new manager and hygienist are awesome also. The biggest problem I've had is them not keeping people, but hopefully that seems to have changed. Already giving them recommendations to my friends and coworkers.

Dr Ma is phenomenal. Clear concise and patient saying what he's doing from start until now. After 6 appointments I'm making good progress. Appointments were on time. Plus the staff were friendly and clear.

Bad experiences with this dental office. First, had to keep scheduling appoint after appoint for a spacer for my daughter...they don't seem to know what they are are doing. Then they moved my daughter's appointment without notifying me. I have the appointment card, and I save all of my appointments in my phone's calendar. It's frustrating to drive 30 minutes to an appointment and they've changed it. I will not be returning to this office, very unprofessional.

They are very attentive and caring. Let me put ot this way, I went in for a cleaning and fillings with my 6m old and they took care of me while patiently allowing me to chk on my baby every now and then....multitasking much?... very pleased with the service and extremely happy with the staff...they're very knowledgeable and cordial.

Filthy office/waiting room. Nearly skipped me when I showed for initial appt., without even checking if I was there in waiting room (and I was signed in). Wouldn't clean teeth same day as initial appt. Then they cancelled my cleaning appt without notice. Said I needed to Call to Confirm appt. I showed up 15 mins early and sat there in waiting room for 30 mins before asking receptionist when they'd call me back and she tells me I had been cancelled due to not calling.
