I wasn't happy with the overall experience. I started in Newnan GA. The staff was very polite. I was referred to the Atlanta Midtown office for a surgical procedure consult. Due to the drive home, I requested a closer surgeon. When I met with that surgeon, approximately 6 months later thinking the procedure would be performed, I was quoted a treatment plan that was a lot higher than the one I received from the Midtown surgeon and was advised the cost difference was due to a second quote by a different doctor. This doctor quoted the procedure without even looking in my mouth. I never removed my mask while in the building. I scheduled the procedure for 2 weeks later. At the time of the procedure, I showed the Midtown quote and they honored the prices. The doctor injected numbing medicine twice because the first time wasn't enough to perform the procedure. When he started, I made him aware of another spot that wasn't numb and was told to just put my hand down. When he started sewing my gum, it wasn't numb and I felt the needle go through my gum in 2 places. I was told my after surgery medicine was called in at that time. About 10 minutes after I left, the pain was so bad that I would have started crying but I was driving and was concerned about seeing in heavy traffic. Once I arrived home, I asked my wife to get my pain medicine but the pharmacy had no record of a prescription. My wife called the office to question this and there was no answer because the office was closed, 1 hour earlier than the hours listed on the door and no emergency number on the door or recording. She tracked down an emergency number and about 30 minutes later was able to talk to a doctor to get the prescription called into the pharmacy. While the procedure was successfully completed, I will not be using this company for any dental work in the future. 2 stars is just because I was pleased with 2 staff members during this 7 month process. Evelyn Hernandez in the Newnan GA office was GREAT! One lady at the other office was very helpful.

This office has the worst customer service. My daughter had an appointment October 13. When I called I gave the tooth numbers from the referral. The assistant had me to call the other office to confirm because my daughter said it was other teeth from the numbers I gave. After 30 minutes the other dentist gave the same numbers. I have been calling leaving messages for follow-up or something no return phone call. At this point I'm looking for another office.

Been going here for several years now and staff is great. My experience is always positive. The only thing is the extra covd-19 cleaning charge getting pass to me and the insurance. 11/8/22 Visit for cleaning and great service as usually.

The work done was very good, however I had a 2 pm appointment but was not initially seen until 3:10 pm. I was finally seen by the doctor and numbed at 3:48. Then he left the room and did not return until 4:55 pm. I departed at 5:34 pm.

The office staff are nice and the office is always very clean. Andrea is by far my favorite hygienist and I've know Dr. Reid since I was a little kid, so they both make my visits fun and something I look foreword to.

My journey started in mid-may 2020 to resolve an issue with my partial. It took a couple of weeks to get an appointment in a Fayetteville office and I was able to speak to the young lady regarding 3 treatment plans. The plan I wanted is not the plan I need. I called back to follow-up and was told Patient Coordinator was on vacation. I left a message requesting a call back. Sent an email-no response. It has been weeks since I have been able to speak with Patient Coordinator Ms. Ashby Sentreil regarding my preferred treatment plan. Looking for someone in the corporate office to assist me at this time.
