Fantastic experience here with difficult circumstances! I moved to the area friday (3 days ago) from out of state, and had a fixed retainer placed just before my move on my upper 2 front teeth. The retainer installed at a different location was running into my gum line which became very painful and swollen, and I was unable to return to that office to be treated due to the move. I called great expressions this morning and was given a quick appointment (within 3 hours) by Gloria. I saw Dr. B, who was able to meticulously and completely painlessly remove the retainer despite the swelling and irritation without numbing. That area is quite sensitive and even numbing it is quite painful (she stated this and I know it to be fact, from previous experience). Needless to say, I am EXTREMELY greatful that this is the office that I called, and very greatful to have had a painless and pleasant experience at such short notice!! I will be happy to make this my regular office in the Tampa area. Thank you so much Dr B and all!! If I could give Dr. B 10 stars for that process, I would!!

I was nervous about going to the dentist but after experiencing jaw pain for about a week, I knew it was best. I thought I'd have to wait weeks but was able to book an appointment within 48 hours of my call. The receptionist I spoke to told me I was due for an exam and cleaning and then following the exam, I had to have an additional procedure (that was causing my jaw pain). The staff worked to make sure I could be seen for my cleaning and procedure the following morning. I was so nervous and they all took care to be super kind and patient with me and make me feel comfortable. I was so pleased I scheduled my return appointment 6 months - the first time I've ever been excited to have found a great dentist.

They squeezed me in on a busy day to fix my loose crown. I appreciate the extra effort the staff and dentist took.

Bad service. They text you that you have an appointment the night before, you arrive on time, and you come to find that they reschedule you without warning. 0/5. What a waste of time.

Avoid this location at all costs. 'Scam artists' is the only thing that can describe them. I can echo the same sentimate of many others explaining the outrageous costs and fees that I've NEVER had to deal with in my lifetime of visiting other dentist offices.

Unfortunately, first and last visit to this place. The entire office philosophy is to rip you off. Offering optional unnecessary staff, refusing to do "cheap" procedures, adding on the top "mandatory" Covid fee ($10 or something. Not a big deal, but why this place is different from any other places). When you ask questions - become "unfriendly". Impossible to call and speak to front desk. Tried to get my a cope of my exam and x-rays - took me two weeks even when was promised that they will email immediately. Leave a message, no calls back. When someone pick it up, promise, but do not nothing. I would recommend them to change their attitude and treat customers more friendly and professionally.

I am not sure if this a post Covid issue, but every time I call to make an appointment no one answers. It took months before I could get a voice on the phone. Now, I'm here, and no one has been at the front desk to check me in. I saw someone coming, and they saw me in the door, but didn't come to say hi, check me in, or anything. I have an appointment. After being seen, the people were really nice. They explained everything, we're friendly, and seemed to be really passionate about teeth! Lol They did say they were having trouble staffing people for the front desk.
