Rescheduled my appointment, less than 24 hours before, to a day I am unavailable. This was after they set the appointment over the phone with me and called to confirm a week ago. Very unprofessional behavior and staff is quick to get defensive over their poor practices.

I have been going to these office for my dental needs for over 5 yrs. I have seen a great deal of changes from the office to employees. I just went today for my cleaning and met the new staff. I can officially say this is a fantastic group there. I went into the office and right out with no issues or problems. Very professional staff from the front desk to the cleaning tech. Give them a try, they are A+

This office has a lot of staffing issues. They seem to be getting it under control finally. However today I waited 45 "in the waiting room until I got in the chair , not acceptable.

The office manager Roxy was not only professional and helpful but super friendly. She tackled all my problems in one visit, she took her time to help me with my insurance issues and payment problems from the previous dentist I had went to.And Doctor.Tsikis was honest and straight forward. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity. She was gentle and kind to me. She explained very well what was going on and what needs to be done, in order to fix my teeth. She was not pushy like my previous dentist.I wish I had switched to them sooner. If its with these two ladies I will highly recommend

Stay FAR away from this place if you are looking for a cleaning. I left absolutely horrified at my experience. She is a new hygienist at this location as my usual favorite guy is no longer there. She started with the electric pick/scaler tool thing and only got through 2 teeth before I had to ask her to go a little more gently. She kept smashing it into my gums. She put it down and didn't touch it for the rest of the cleaning. She simply used the regular metal pick to scrape in between each of my teeth for the rest of the cleaning. Then for the polishing, she spent a solid 30 seconds on all of my teeth, not even moving the suction to the other side of my mouth to complete the job. She pulled the floss so far down into my gums. I was in pain for this entire joke of a cleaning. And my teeth didn't even get cleaned at the end. What a waste. She should not be allowed to clean anybody's teeth. I initially paid but came back to get my money back so she can void it from my insurance so I could get a proper cleaning elsewhere. After being at this office for 6 years, I'm never coming back. They have an entire new office staff and they are not as amazing as they used to be. I suggest going elsewhere if you actually care about your teeth.

I have been a long time patient at Great Expressions and to arrive to my appointment to only hear your past Dr is not hear anymore and I have unresolved issues. I was immediately frustrated AGAIN!!! Dr. Tsikis came in and asked please share your concerns. I had two unresolved issues for awhile now that kept getting pushed back. Dr Tsikis tackled one at a time. Something that has taken years to correct, she handled the first time meeting me. And the other issue, I'll see how this week goes but this is the best I ever felt. Dr Tsikis was absolutely amazing. Very patient, thorough and have me feeling great. So happy to have her

I have been going there a short time. Two years I believe. Every time I go there is a new Dentist. Now is he third Dentist. She was s very young. Also the hygienist... second one. The front desk staff is different every time also. It feels very unstable to me...they can't seem to hold onto employees. one person tells you one thing and then another person tells you something different. I ask the amount I will be charged and it turns out to be a different amount. I think it's time for me to change dentists. Sorry to tell you this but you asked
