There are those that are and act as the professionals they represent, and there are the others that are not where they should be, they surely should not be at a dental office or handling the public. They are not completing a claim, leaving it open whereas it is stopping future appointments which is the point. This January will make a year of neglect and discrimination.

Love Dr. Robert's and hygienist. They were both very friendly and informative. Provided me detailed action plan of work needed. I appreciated it even if my pocket won't. LOL

Great Expressions has the worst time management, accounting department and customer service. Please never expect to have your appointment time honored. There is always a 1hour minimum wait time after your scheduled appointment time. Secondly, the accounting department over charged me a total of $98.64 during two different appointments and no consideration for my inconvenience. The accounting department did not offer an apology or notification of the two different credit amounts. I found out about the overcharging after I received my insurance bill. When I asked Great Expressions, they were not concerned. Hint... the poor customer service and lack of follow up.

I have been a patient of Great Expressions for years. Dr. Patel and her staff are professional and always make you feel like family. I wouldn't go any place else.

Meh. The doctors and hygienists I have met and worked with have all been great. The front office leaves a lot to be desired. It's nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phones! You call and get literally 9 different areas of dentistry, and no one answers any of them. You leave a message and they tell you they'll call back. I have now left 4 messages and received 0 calls back. All I need to do is reschedule and existing appointment as my schedule has changed last minute. I tried to call today, a Friday, as my appointment is Monday, however I've been unsuccessfully in my attempts. But don't worry, I'm sure they'll try to bill me for a "no show" appointment, even though I called 3 days prior to my appointment time. Once I complete my treatment plan, I will be finding a new dentist.

This place is garbage. They don't pick up the phone and the cleaning they performed was not to standard. Do not use this office unless enjoy playing phone tag and never getting called back. Huge mistake ever coming here. Thanks for wasting my time and money. 0/5 stars. Google forces you to select at least one star to post a review.

Excellent thorough care. Natala is fantastic. SO EXPENSIVE!!! THATs my only complaint. How about letting us know how you as professionals are trying to being down the exorbitant cost of dental care and this country, and providing care for those who dont have insurance. Once again, big kudos for Ntala, who is super thorough and smart.

Bad experience. Unfortunately our insurance isn't accepted everywhere and they are the only ones that accept. They cancelled on us 4 times already. Worst part is they didn't call us ahead of cancelling. We had to take off, pull kids from school and then check in to find out our doctors not in. A few times they forgot to rebook us in the system so when we showed up, they told us we don't have an appointment. Can't tell you how unprofessional and unpleasant our experience has been with them.
