Moved here from Chicago area and had to leave my former dentist. I am so happy I chose Dr. Richards, he and his staff made me feel very comfortable, I never felt rushed and he explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend great expressions on College and Dr. Richards

The staff from the front desk to the dentist are all amazing. I've had terrible experiences at the dentist in the past, these guys changed all that. I don't have the best teeth and have been struggling and terrified to even begin the process, and everyone here has made me feel comfortable and confident that it's doable. Plus they work with you as far as payments, so if you don't have insurance (I feel like a lot of us don't) it's an incredible advantage. Highly recommend.

They are short staffed at the front desk but Dr. Richards is very nice and does a great job. He repaired 3 teeth today and you can't see where the resin ends. Looks very natural. I would've given him five stars if the front office staff was a little nicer and more accommodating.

I was looking for a dental practice that could meet all my dental needs, both preventive and corrective. Dr Ben Richards and his staff are exactly what I needed, professional, knowledgeable, willing to answer my questions on the spot, and willing to explain what care my teeth need. Being in my 70s means my teeth are needing some additional attention. He has already developed a plan to bring my mouth back up to improved heath. Thank you GEDC.

9/20/2022 update #3: Once again, 5 stas! This was a simple fix for Dr. Richard. A chopped front tooth kept attracting my tongue to it, and the sharp edge irritated my inquisitive tongue. Dr. Richard smoother the sharp edges and my tongue now behaves itself. Note to self: remember to bring ear plugs next time 12/16/2021 update #2: Again, 5 stars! Dr. Richards and his assistant Morgan did a first rate job of removing a damaged crown and installing a temporary. They started guessing how many Xanax I needed to prepare for this procedure. Nope, they weren't even close! I really enjoy coming here. Update: I went yesterday to have two cavities filled. As usual, I took my Xanax 1.5 hours before my appointment. Warned all staff that if I couldn't tolerate both procedures I would need to stop after one and reschedule the second. No worries, thanks to Dr. Richards and Morgan, all went well. EVERYONE on this office is friendly and efficient without rushing; next time I will bring ear plugs so I don't hear the drill sounds from nextdoor office. Dr. Richards is the best dentist I have ever used, and I usually have anxiety attacks in the dental chair even after taking Xanax. He took the time to talk to me and make me comfortable and relaxed. Today's extraction was absolutely painless! Christina, the assistant, made me feel welcome and comfortable also. I made Dr. Richards promise to notify me if he were to leave this practice so I could use him wherever he may be.

They are truly professionals here at Great Expressions. They charged me for the panoramic x-rays and that's it. The rest was covered by insurance. The Dentist didn't try to charge me for exorbitant whitening treatments. He said let's see what stains get removed from your regular cleaning. Lucky for me the Dental Hygienist did an Awesome job and removed all of the stains on my teeth. I couldn't be happier with the whole process...and all it cost me was for the panoramic x-rays.

This was my first visit. It was an emergency visit. The staff was great and welcoming. Dr Richards was helpful and explained everything he was going to do and would need to be done effectively. The tech Amelia was also just as good. It was a positive experience considering how badly I needed to see a dentist, which usually is not pleasant!

Dr Richard's and Amie are superb. They go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and answer any question no matter how small. they're amazing people. I love everyone here but I truly like knowing Dr Richard's is a good person who doesnt push anything on anyone and will work with you above and beyond. I promise I have never liked a dentist office more than I genuinely like this place.

You can definitely tell they keep overhead costs to a minimum. The plaza where the office is located is a bit shady and not very well kept. The inside of the dental office was not much better. One receptionist was helpful, another was not. I keep getting a bill from the office when my insurance company has already paid the claim and no one at the dental office is able to provide a viable explanation. The charge for services do not add up to the EOB provided by my insurance company. According to my insurance company, they are trying to double bill me for the amount over their in-network agreement. While attempting to call, I was put on an indefinite hold and they never got back to me, just left me on hold. They have an infinite number of ways that they will take your money, but very few options to speak with a customer service rep. Poor customer service, mis-managed front office, poor upkeep.

The best staff I've ever encountered at a dental office; from the front office (Donna) to assistants (Carol) to the hygienist (Dr. Roberto Caraballo), they were all amazing. Dr. Benjamin Richards is over the top wonderful, kind, patient, and so gently empathetic; as I am a nervous wreck when I have dental work done. 10 STARS!!!!

I've been going to Dr. Richards' office for a couple years now. The doctor and his staff always make it a pleasant experience for me. Dr. Richards has helped me with multiple issues with my teeth and you can tell he enjoys what he does and helping his patients. The staff are kind, patient, and do everything they can to make their patients comfortable. Every single person of this office is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and just an all around pleasure to interact with.
