I have never been a fan of the dentist. This place is very professional, from reception to completion. Staff is great and make you feel very comfortable. If this was the type of service, comfort and care I received when I was younger, I would have had less reservations about seeing a dentist! Thank you guys so much.

I went to Great expression, to have so work done and this is my second visit to have my permanent crowns, put in and I also had a tooth extracted and I tell you that the staff are friendly and very professional, in what they do this was my second visit and I tell anybody please go and check out great expression, in the cedar Hill shopping center you will not be disappointed, the service is excellent one reason that I really enjoy coming here they don't have you coming back for one thing, at a time she does multiple things in your visit and I love that someone in my position that has difficult, at times it is best for me to have more than one thing done on my visit, I think everyone at great expression for the warm welcome that they show everyone, very very professional so if anyone is looking for a dentist please check out great expression in the cedar Hill shopping center.

Horrible customer service from every front lady they ever have. I don't know what their problem is always having an attitude. I ask a simple question and get sass in return. They never know anything and when they do they make excuses as to why they can't do it today and you gotta come back 1-3 weeks..... like makes no sense. I highly recommend to not come spend your hard earned money with these people, the doctors are great- but sadly you only get 15-20 mins with them. The rest of the time you deal with horrible customer service and "stank eyes". Even when you call, they never know anything useful and like I said- attitude. If I could I'd give it a 0 star rating.

This was my original office but I switched to the Normandy office after my hygienist (Shannon) left (loved her). I came back for a 2nd opinion for a toothache. The office atmosphere has changed, I was called in almost immediately, x-rays done & waited about 20 minutes for Dr. (not bad). Dr. Truong explained the next course of action in a way that put me at ease & I appreciate that. The front desk was really efficient & professional I think I'm transferring back to the Cedar Hill office.

Very good doctors and assistants but i can not say the same for the front office lady. Waiting for 6 months and now she canceled my appointment just because of 5 minutes late. Now i have to wait for 4 more months for my son's teeth cleaning. Sorry for my orthography, my English is not very well.

4 months almost without my replacement teeth[full upper] just to get teeth that are crooked and to large for my mouth. I'm constantly biting my gums and when trying to chew the teeth are grinding together and not allowing me to chew properly. Very disappointing.

I was referred to this location by my regular GE office for my son's braces. They have a hard time answering the phone in orthodontics so if you want to speak with someone about anything, good luck. No point in leaving a message either. It won't be returned. They make sure you sign all the paperwork and get your payments set up and get the braces on. After that, you're out of luck until your next appointment. They have way too many patients coming in there and can't give you the time needed as a patient. I'm stuck now. Maybe my hard-earned money will actually show in my son's teeth in a couple of years. I guess we will see... At this point, I would pay more money to go to an orthodontist that answers the phone and that will make sure my child's braces are taken care of. Don't ask me to email (see other review responses) because I already have. No response as of yet. I will update my review if things improve.

They sent me an email that gave me the wrong address for my appointment. It was an hour away. Then I had to drive a half hour to where they are. Staff at new address were very nice.

Today, I went in for some fillings. They gave me pink glasses to wear to cover my eyes during the dental work. I thought that was odd being that I'm a male, but I dismissed it for the time being .(They did later tell me that glasses were assigned by room.) Things changed when an abundance of water starting hitting my face, I mean it was excessive. The dentist had control of the water tube. I didn't acknowledge it until it was impossible to ignore. I waved and wailed the best I could to let her know it was bothering me. It was bad enough that when she stopped I asked for paper towels because I felt soaked. In addition to that the dental assistant kept putting the suction tube on my upper lip until the dentist intervened. I never had someone struggle with the placement/operation of dental tools like I had during this visit. What made it worse was how they just promptly left after the work was done. I thought about everything together, the pink glasses, the suction tube misplacement, the impromptu shower. It was just odd all around and something I hadn't experienced before. I felt the dentist and her assistant were having fun at my expense. This experience was inconsistent with how wonderful I felt treated on prior visits. Lastly, the response from the office manager made me feel heard and valued as a client here. I also was contacted by upper management but haven't heard from them yet.

Staff in the front office were very friendly and helpful with my insurance dilemma. The new dental hygienist was pretty rough. Most painful cleaning I have ever experienced.

Update: I was finally able to speak with someone named Allie and the coordinator Jennifer and I feel that helped. I definitely addressed the lack in communication and appointment scheduling. They also even provided options for my payments. The appointments that we've had so far go well the staff are usually very nice. I'm glad we were able to get things sorted out because it has been beyond frustrating thus far. Just make sure you keep your appointments! Even if you call ahead of time to reschedule you will probably have a hard time doing that. If you have other options GO ELSEWHERE! They literally DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AT ANY OF THE LOCATIONS! Don't even bother leaving a voicemail they WILL NOT CALL BACK. They don't schedule pediatric check ups and orthodontic appointments on the same day so if you have a child with braces you will need to take two separate days off of work to get your child to both appointments. Attempted to find a solution for this with a coordinator named Victoria and when I tried to call her back and sent multiple text messages (which she directed me to do if she didn't answer) I STILL did not get a call back from her. Most (definitely not all) of the staff are nice and great with the kids but the issues with scheduling alone has me looking for another dental provider I am beyond fed up with these people. They will call you about their payments but that's about it! Pretty sure the only reason they're still in business is because they're one of the few places that accept pediatric patients with Medicaid. Do not recommend.
