My first consultation with the general went well for tooth extraction than when I come the day of the procedure. whole plan change and no one called to let me know that I had an additional $200 to have a specialist do the extension since general didn't want to do it.. than to get my prescription after was insane the cvs pharmacy telling me they never received my prescription that this isn't the first time and how the dental office is lazy going back and forth, tHan me having to go back to the office to get a write prescription when mind you they told the pharmacist they don't do written prescription and to wait another two hours at this point it's 12pm when my extraction was at 8am! meanwhile I'm still in excruciating pain going back and fourth from office to pharmacy Everyone was nice but very unorganized and clueless there needs to be more communication because what dr told me and what was being done was totally different very unacceptable after my post op this will be last time I come here makes me very uncomfortable knowing that's how things are run there

I had a phenomenal experience over several visits at this office. I had my x-rays and exam with the help of Sarah, who was very friendly, informative, and gentle. It had been a year since my last exam, and she made sure I understood everything they were doing and finding. I had a deep cleaning with Yaicelis, who treats your teeth like they're her own! She cares a lot about patient education and pristine hygiene. I learned a lot from her, and she was super gentle. I wish I could do all my cleanings with her. I had a short time frame to schedule my appointments, but Erika and Drea problem-solved and made it happen. They are a strong front desk team, and they communicate very clearly and professionally. They will remember your availability and call you if there's an opening. They really care! Everything at this office was seamless-- no wait times and very clean. The staff learn your name and greet with you a smile. I highly recommend! Thank you Sarah, Yaicelis, Erika, and Drea.

I don't often give reviews. During my exam, the dentist and the assistant were having a lovely laugh and conversation above me. The reception team were pleasant, hence the one star. I have a new dentist, at a new practice.

Dr. Turner performed my surgery. He let me know exactly what to expect and took the time to ask me if I had any questions. He is professional and proficient! I would recommend him to others and would definitely feel comfortable being in his chair myself again.
