If I could give this office a zero star I definitely would!! Dr. Hussein and her assistant have zero bedside manner and don't care about how you are feeling while they are working. They just want to fulfill their numbers at their corporate jobs. If your looking for people who want to help you and care for you it's definitely not Dr. Hussein and her assistant. They kept on yelling at me for being in pain and they left in the middle then came back and kept yelling at me. Such a terrible doctor!! Higher ups in this corporate need to have a conversation with her.

Really unprofessional! I came here for 3 root canals I got my temporary crown in and was scheduled on August 17th for the permanent ones, canceled my appointment due to an emergency and I informed them that I would be calling soon to take another appointment. Called the day after no one answered, tried reaching them for the next two months calling leaving voicemails but no one got back to me. On October 21st they finally answered and I scheduled an appointment on the 25th. Once I've the doctor I informed her that my wisdom tooth was coming out and I've had swelling and that I was trying to take an appointment but I couldn't reach them, she started blaming me for not taking a day off my new job to come take an appointment in person. The whole time she was talking with the other employees about the other staff in a really unprofessional way and how I'm wasting her time by making her shape the crown to fit because my teeth had shifted. Once again I informed her that I was trying to come earlier and that it wasn't my fault that the receptionists aren't doing their jobs! After she finished 1 of 3 crowns she told me to get my wisdom tooth removed first because she doesn't want to waste more time shaping the rest because she has other patients! I left because I had enough of being disrespected. Would not recommend!

For being with this office for a year now they have helped me with many dental issues I was going through. Doctors and assistants were amazing through the dental procedures I had to go through and they made my experience going to the dentist amazing. I am truly grateful that I found their office and helped me with my dental health.

I've been trying to schedule a appointment with them for about a month now and everytime I call no one answers the phone. I'll be seeking dental care elsewhere smh

You would think that a dentist office would keep detailed notes about a follow up appointment and recommended dental work. Apparently, this office does not. Then when you call and ask questions about pricing they refuse to even give you a ball park of pricing. After all that the receptionist catches an attitude and then hangs up on you. I will be looking for a new dentist.

1st visit doc prepped me for procedure then saw my plan coverage & forgot he already prepped then tried to start with something that was more expensive. I have a couple of issues with this place. They started an implant then never scheduled me for follow up. I scheduled appointment multiple times and when arrived they had no idea what I was there for. Which was explained when appt was made. Also Rec a deep cleaning. had to pay for bag of items to clean mouth when I went home, the worker told me before I left at least I got a free electric oral B. When I looked at the breakdown they charged me for it. Now 1 year later n still haven't got my implant completed. Money hungry office, n the dentist seem to leave often. Do not recommend at all.

Many stars for Great Expressions Bayonne! Dr. Hussain and her assistant Chitra were able to complete a 3 -implant surgery in my upper jaw that other dentists refused to do. The staff is very friendly here , from Mike and Natalie in the front office to Mabel who squeezed me in today's schedule. They are caring and accommodating and the prices are comparable to other dentists.

I went to this dentist to get my teeth cleaned. The hygienist worked with me for seven minutes and said that she's done after checking my teeth I could clearly see the stains inside my mouth. The doctor was really nice but in general I'm not satisfied with my experience i'm probably gonna need to get my teeth cleaned again elsewhere.

The worst office ever, dentist herself and her assistant. If i can give zero star I will. I had an appointment scheduled at 12 p.m today (which I have booked almost 3 months ago!!!), but they called back this morning to say I can come earlier since there is availability at 11a.m which I did. Then the dentist rude as she is with zero bedside manners. Throw me at the face << your appointment is @12 , why you came early!!! Probably to fill up the papers>> she didn't even apologize or offer to reschedule, she told me they should've informed her first because She got 2 patients ahead of me. It's not my problem if your Intercommunication is down to zero. You're unprofessional, dry and unmannered. I seriously wonder how you came to exerce this profession!! First and last time coming to this unwelcoming place full of rude people.

Dr Bushira is great.5 stars The rest just okay. Although this visit was much better than last 2 . Sometimes records are not correct. Insurance info questionable. An extra charge to read xrays? Please clean up the office so messy.
