I went for several times to fix my teeth and it keeps broken all the time, I did before with another provider different state and my teeth last long for over 7+ years, this time I fixed for around 4 times and it keeps breaking less than a month. After trying to get a good quality in materials this company Great Expression it's try to charge me than $130 for fixing a tooth which should be long last more than 5+ years. And the customer services was the worst because they couldn't understand my position. For that reason I would never recomend this place. 10/31/2022

I requested to reschedule my appointment today cause I was sick and the "Manager" aside from being very disrespectful wanted to charge me $35 fee. This is really insane. Find another dentist option this one has been definitely the worst.

They take forever to see patients. I had a gum infection and the doctor didn't warn me that I would be experiencing pain and swelling after he drained it and I was sent home. He told me that I would receive immediate relief. About an hour after I left I began to experience terrible pain worse than what I was experiencing before the drain. I called them to let them know what was happening and they asked me to come back in. I came in and I waited over 40 minutes to be sat in a room to wait even longer. I then over heard the receptionist speaking to the doctor about my situation and the doctor said to him to let me know that its normal for it to swell and that I'll be experiencing swelling for the next couple of days. I spent the entire half of the day dealing with this. The doctor should've set better expectations from the beginning with me before I left so I wouldn't have freaked out. I'm so disappointed I've been going to dentist for over 10 years. I'm definitely switching dental centers.

bad place...they don't respect your time, they give you a double appointment and when you're there they tell you that you didn't have that appointment, it's very expensive and the service is low quality.

I was just not listened to. I needed and wanted a cleaning, to keep doing what I did for the last twenty something years. But that's covered by my insurance and not the $1,500 I was offered.
