Don't think I will be visiting any other location hence forth! The staff at the Alpharetta office are all so friendly, gently and most importantly efficient! These people know what it means to run an office! Angelique especially, who did my cleaning is extremely knowledgeable and gets the jobs done correctly. I mean all around the staff just knows what they are doing! The location is further away from me, but worth the drive! Thank you again ladies!

Chanda was absolutely AMAZING! She was so sweet and relatable. She made everything so easy to understand, and offered tons of helpful options in scheduling upcoming procedures. Her energy is unmatched!! She allowed us to feel so comfortable and did it with a smile! Will absolutely be back, so thankful to have found a place with such a warm-hearted employee.

I contacted office to request information from one office to another. This person name Shonda Mann who stated she is the manager was very rude. The second I contacted office I introduced myself and begin to proceed where I was calling from... only to be told please hold in a rudely manner .. once she returned back to the phone.. she proceed to say .. Yes! how may I help you ... I repeated my spill again and she interrupted and said we sent that to the email address on file . I stated may I ask what email address was used ; she said the email we have on file . I stated to Shonda , Patient contacted office requesting receipt of x rays submitted to office ... she stated we sent that already ok! I then stated to her she is rude and I would like to talk with the manager.. she stated she is the manager of facility. If this is to be true .. This is poor representative of your facility and unacceptable attitude of the morale of the office. I believe a change should take place internally in this practice given the location it is in.

I have been going here for years. Got my Invisalign here too. Loved my results. Staff has always been friendly but the office is always busy too. Good for the office not so good for my schedule.. I had an overdue appointment since the pandemic (my own fault because I didn't realize how long it had been). I didn't see the same faces that I had seen for years (almost completely new staff). However, office manager Chandra was still there and has always been friendly too. Glad to see someone I recognized again.

I made an appointment and expressed that I only wanted a routine cleaning and no X-rays. I took the time to obtain the X-rays from my previous dentist and provide them ahead of time to Greater Expressions. When I was taken back to the dental chair I expressed to the hygienist that I did not want any X-rays, the last X-rays I had were in July of 2021 and were extensive, and that I have a strong gag reflex. The hygienist relayed this to the person who did the point check. The person who did the point check did not provide her name or role at the office. The person who did the point check expressed her recommendation. I told her I only wanted a general routine cleaning. Chanda came in to present the proposed services and costs. I told Chanda I did not want the services listed only a general routine cleaning. The person who did the point check came back and repeated her recommendation. I thanked her for her recommendation but again stated I only wanted a general routine cleaning. This same person told me it was unethical for her to provide anything but a deep cleaning because of the state of my teeth/gums. This same person talked over me multiple times and repeated her recommendation multiple times. I told her I appreciated her recommendation but only wanted a routine cleaning. I asked to speak with her manager since the conversation was going nowhere. After an hour of waiting in the dental chair, I received no cleaning, was provided with no manager to speak with, and was out of time. So I left. If you are looking for a dental office who insists on their way regardless of what the patient requests, this is the place for you.

I received crowns at this location, came here as it was in network. Service provided at the location was great - dentist appears knowledgeable if not a bit overbooked. Appointment setup was fairly easy, and appointments started generally within 30 minutes of the time requested. There's a bit of an upsell on Invisalign, but hey, whatever, I get it. Billing, however, has been possibly the worst experience I've had with a company. There were line items that could not be accounted for and separate double billing on an item that occurred in October which I am still working with my insurer and Great Expressions to resolve. With hold times generally exceeding 30 minutes to an hour getting someone on the line is a process, and once you do there's no guarantee the line stays active. At some point you begin to wonder if the strategy here is to issue a faulty bill, then exhaust you out of trying to fight it. Altogether I may have spent about a day's worth of hours on the phone or on hold regarding this issue. I would not come here unless you've got a great lawyer and insurance willing to spend hours on the line to correct bills.
